Defendants Michael B. Brodkorb and w.minnesotademocratsexposed.com filed a joint answer to the complaint brought against them by plaintiffs New School Corporations, Inc. and Blois Olson. The defendants deny most of the allegations in the complaint, but admit some factual details such as the identities and residences of the parties. They raise affirmative defenses that the complaint fails to state a valid legal claim and that service of process was insufficient. The defendants request that the court dismiss the plaintiffs' action and award costs and fees to the defendants.
