First of all we welcome the opportunity and trust given to our company PPG to
participate in this important project.

According to the technical information provided in your request, comment, regarding the
compatibility of our products Sigma and Amercoat that make each of the systems (see
attached tables) applicable to metal structures which meet the standards of the
specification Ethylene XXI project for the products used by the manufacturer of the
structure, brand International Paint, would be fully compatible according to the
physicochemical characteristics of the products described in the technical data sheets,
which we can summarize the following technical aspects more important and relevant
for you to be well tolerated:

preparation is as follows:

"Surface preparation by any of the methods below SSPC SP -7 (Brush-Off Blast
Cleaning), SSPC SP -3 (Power Tool Cleaning)) or SSPC SP -2 (Hand Tool Cleaning) ,
any such method is acceptable as long as it generates the necessary roughness for the
PPG product can adhere to existing product mechanically and not present problems in
the future "
