Introduction

Employee motivation is an employees inner enthusiasm and aim to attain activities related to
operate any work in an organization. The motivation is that interior drive that makes a human to
choose to take any toughest challenge and activity and complete it with better performance.
A humans motive is shaped by natural, good, social and excited elements. In and of itself,
motivation is a difficult, not well characterized, inner driving force that can as well be shaped by
external elements. All employees have actions, issues, people, and destinations in her or his
living that she or he gets motivation. And so, motivating about a few aspect of life survives in
each individual awareness and activities.
Job satisfaction is how content an individual is with his or her job. Scholars and human resource
professionals generally make a distinction between affective job satisfaction and cognitive job
satisfaction. Affective job satisfaction is the extent of pleasurable emotional feelings individuals
have about their jobs overall, and is different to cognitive job satisfaction which is the extent of
individuals satisfaction with particular facets of their jobs, such as pay, pension arrangements,
working hours, and numerous other aspects of their jobs.
Training Effectiveness is an indication that training efforts are making a visible difference and a
positive impact in those areas of application after the training is completed. Training practices
used by organizations may have an effect, direct or indirect on both employee motivation and
organizational commitment (Meyer and Allen, 1991). Organizational commitment is defined, in
the words of Pool and Pool (2007, p. 353) as the relative strength of an individuals identification
and involvement in a particular organization.


Literature Review

A complete and thorough understanding of employees motivation is required for organizations
to address and accomplish expectations of employees and organization Beer et al, (1984).
According to Butkus & Green (1999), motivation is a process in which people are convinced to
move forward for performing something special to fulfill their needs and get satisfaction. Baron
(1983) defined motivation in his own right. He says that motivation is collection or
arrangements of procedures involved in the push and pulls forces that strengthen the actions
towards reaching specific goals. Kinicki and Kreitner (2001) assume that motivation correspond
to those psychological processes that cause the stimulation, persistence of voluntary actions that
are goal directed
Training is defined in this study as the planned intervention that is designed to enhance the
determinants of individual job performance (Chiaburu and Tekleab, 2005, p. 29). Training is
related to the skills deemed necessary by the management of an organization, that must be
acquired by the members of that organization, in order to improve the probability of achievement
of its goals. Training offered to employees, may help them reduce their anxiety or frustration,
brought on by work demands, that they are not familiar with, and they are lacking the skills to
handle effectively (Chen et al., 2004).
