government.ThisrequirespassagewithamajorityoffiftypercentplusoneoftheHouseof
CommonsonlyapprovalfromtheHouseofLordsorRoyalAssentisnotrequired.Upon
enactmentofaMotionofNoConfidence,Parliamentisautomaticallydissolvedandanew
electionmustbecalledbytheMonarchwithinfivedaysorless.

Text:Immediatelyfollowingaparliamentaryelection,eachpoliticalpartywillhavealeadership
election.Registrationandvotingwilloccurinthesamemannerasaparliamentaryelection.The
candidatewhoreceivesthelargestnumberofvotesiselectedpartyleader.Thetworunnerup
candidatesbecomedeputyleaders.Theoverallseatsofthepoliticalpartyaredividedup
proportionallyaccordingtotheresultsoftheleadershipelectionamongdeputyleadersandthe
partyleader.

LawmakingandprocedureoftheParliamentoftheUnitedKingdomisdictatedbythereal
worldParliamentoftheUnitedKingdom.CommonandcivillawintherealworldUnited
Kingdomthatisnotpertainedtoorcontradictthisconstitutionshallberecognizedinthisgroup.

Text:Section1TheSupremeCourtoftheUnitedKingdomisthehighestappellatecourtinthe
country.JusticesoftheSupremeCourtareappointedanddismissedbytheMonarchonadviceof
thePrimeMinister.FivejusticeswillexistontheSupremeCourt.

Section2TheSupremeCourtisthefinalcourtinwhichlowercourtsappealto.TheSupreme
CourtmaynotoverturnActsofParliamentunlesstheActcontradictstheCharterofRightsand
FreedomsoftheUnitedKingdom.

Section3InorderforacasetobebroughttoanycourtintheUnitedKingdom,aformal
complaintmustbefiled.Thecomplaintisthendeliberatedbythecourt.Afterdeliberation,acase
willbeacceptedbythecourtwithatleastasimplemajorityofthemembersvotinginfavor.Ina
trial,adefendantmayrequesttobeheardbyajuryoffiveselectedbythehighestrankingjudge
ofthecourthearingthecase.

Section4Courtprocedureinanycourttrialmustabidebytherightsandfreedomsprovidedin
theCharterofRightsandFreedomsoftheUnitedKingdom.Ifatrialdoesnotfollow
constitutionalprocedure,thedecisionbythecourtwouldbeinvalid.Aguiltyverdictbythe
judgesofacourtorjuryisreachedwhenallbutoneofthejudgesorjurorsvoteguilty.Ifmore
thanoneofthejudgesorjurorsdoesnotvoteguilty,thentheverdictwillbenotguilty.The
sentenceoftheconvictedisdeterminedbythehighestrankingjudgeofthecourtorpresiding
judgeinajurytrial.

Section6ThecrimeofTreasonisherebydefinedas:Theactofattemptingtooverthrowor

ReleasingclassifiedgovernmentinformationwithoutconsentofthegovernmentAmemberof
themilitarychangingallegiancesandaidingtheenemyinastateofwaroremergency.
