About this ebook

Our judicial system is in a mess to put it lightly. Decisions are being made by various levels of courts and judges that appear to be based on political philosophy rather than the laws in place or our Constitution. This book is about our current judicial system and what needs to change to instill integrity back into the system. It has also been in some cases about political correctness which again should not be a part of our judicial system.
Both state and federal judicial systems need to be based on the facts in each individual case not political philosophy or political correctness. It should not be about opinion but about the laws involved with each situation. Opinion has no place in state or federal justice systems in addition to political philosophy.
It is true our world and the world around us is a far different place than in years past but it should not mean that our justice systems change the focus of their decisions but on the laws and the applicable Constitutions. In addition the federal government should not get involved with decisions made based on state laws or state constitutions unless they violate federal laws or our Constitution. If the facts in the case appear to violate either federal law or the Constitution the involvement of the federal government should not be initiated based on one case.
Individuals do have the right to file lawsuits to address their individual concerns or appearance of violations of law. Laws have been in place for years in our states and the federal government must weigh their decisions on whether it requires involvement by the federal government or let state justice systems prevail in any decision made. It is hoped that this book will shed some light on the existence or non-existence of integrity in state justice systems and the federal justice system. The information presented is about letting readers make their decisions about our justice system through an honest evaluation of how our justice systems are working for every citizen.
