ConturoMatic CV250

Contour measuring system

with outstanding price-
performance qualities.
Test objects can be measured,
partially automatically, over a
range of 500 x 250 mm.
Up to 10, 50 x 250 measure-
ments can be acquired
together.
The CV250 contour measuring
station is distinguished by high
analysis performance and ease
of operation.
The system is optimized for
easy operation in production
monitoring applications.
Fully automatic calibration
process
Also in the measurement
laboratory, our high perfor-
mance analysis software
leaves almost nothing to be
desired.
The advantages of the
ConturoMatic CV250
- The entire feed unit can be
automatically calibrated to the
contour norm provided.
- Up to 10, CNC controlled
measurements can be perfor-
med over the entire measuring
area. This allows very large
and/or heavy test objects to be
locally measured.
- The X measuring axis is
25 % larger than in normal
measuring devices.
- The probe arm can be
CNC controlled and sunk.
This allows (e.g.) holes or
grooves to be ignored in the
measuring process
- The large Z axis path of
500 mm can also be comple-
tely CNC controlled for multi-
contour measurements.
- The ConturoMatic probe
arms can be changed with-
out special tools, and their
geometry makes them extre-
mely resistant to bending and
torsion. The rotation locked
probe arm mountings provide
reproducible measurements,
even after a probe arm
change.
- Even production personnel
without a basic knowledge
of measurement technology
can perform complex measu-
rement and analysis tasks
by using the automated
repetition features.
Just measure ...
All analysis functions are
accessible with a mouse-click,
without complex menus and
sub-functions.
Just measure ...
Intelligent contour recognition
routines allow automatic
determination of all useful
elements of a test object, with
a single mouse click.
Just measure ...
The software can perform
repeated measurements
completely automatically,
without operator intervention,
and is thus capable of perfor-
ming analyses and tolerance
comparisons without operator
dependent errors.
ConturoMatic
analysis software
The operation of the mea-
surement program has been
uncompromisingly optimized
for stability and ease of use,
without limiting the functio-
nality.
The Multi-contour capability
allows up to 10 contours
within a display to be indivi-
dually analyzed.
