Please note that all of the proposed Achievement First Charter Schools would be operated by the existing
Achievement First Bushwick Charter School not-for-profit charter school education corporation, and all of the
proposed Success Academy Charter School NYC schools would be operated by the existing Success Academy
Charter Schools NYC not-for-profit charter school education corporation.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that should the proposal(s) successfully move through the SUNY Charter
Schools Institutes (the Institutes) review process, the SUNY Trustees or their Charter Schools Committee
may approve the above charter application(s) as soon as 45 days from the date hereof, but have scheduled
consideration for a meeting to held in October 2014. Information concerning the meeting will be posted at
www.suny.edu/Board_of_Trustees/meetingnotices.cfm.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the SUNY Trustees are now providing initial notices previously
sent by surface mail via e-mail to school administrators to addresses on file with the New York State
Education Department. Further Notice regarding each significant stage of the chartering process will
only be posted on the Institutes website at: www.newyorkcharters.org/publicNotices.htm UNLESS
you respond to the address below and indicate that your school would like to receive further Notices
via e-mail or First Class Mail, and provide the appropriate address for same. Copies of the redacted
proposal will be posted on the Institutes website at: www.newyorkcharters.org/ActiveProposals.htm.
