Weekly market view
Markets showed weekly downfall of approx 4% due to profit booking after
the much awaited event of Union Budget. Nifty future on weekly charts had
exhibited a Bearish Engulfing Candlestick indicating selling pressure may
continue in the coming week. It tested record highs of 7800 last week and
fell towards the major support of 7460. Further, any closing and holding
below this support mark may further drag it towards the next support of
7340. However any reversals and leading towards highs may find 7620 as
immediate resistance. CPI & WPI rates on Monday are seen as events
responsible for volatility in the coming week.
