ABOUT THE FACULTY

Mr. V Narayanan, is a renowned Corporate Coach and a Strategy Consultant. He is the
Director of Academy for Consultancy and Empowerment. He brings with him close to 3
decades of experience in Syndicate Bank and was associated with training for more than
15 years training middle level and senior executives on varied subjects. Sri V Narayanan,
is a Post graduate in Management and also holds a Masters degree in Commerce. He has
completed M. Phil in Management. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of
Bankers (CAIIB).
His zeal and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and eagerness to be on the learning
curve, made him to embrace and pursue his career in coaching and consultancy. He has
anchored and orchestrated several corporate training programmes in the areas of
Behavioural science, Banking, Marketing, Sales, Faculty Development etc. His module
on 3 P's (Pick, Plug & Play) received good response from many leading Management
Institutions. He is a thorough professional who believes in value addition for every
