nct start aga|n and tbe CIL PPESSUPE ALAPM |ed I|asbes:
-The oi| pressure svitch c|oses very |ate|y. As the unit senses an oi|
pressure, it does not start. When oi| pressure Ia||s the unit vi|| start.
Optiona||y the oi| pressure svitch may be rep|aced.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tbe eng|ne starts tc run but tbe un|t g|ves STAPT FAIL a|arm and tben
tbe eng|ne stcs:
-The generator phase vo|tage is not connected to the unit. Measure the
AC vo|tage betveen termina|s (C) and (Neutra|) at the rear oI the unit
vhi|e the engine is running. The Iuse protecting the generator phase may
be Iai|ed. A misconnection may be occurred. lI everything is OK, turn a||
the Iuses oII, and then turn a|| the Iuses on, starting Irom the DC supp|y
Iuse. Then test the unit again.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tbe un|t |s |ate tc remcve eng|ne crank|ng:
-The a|ternator vo|tage rises |ate|y. A|so the generator remanant vo|tage is
be|ov 50 vo|ts. The unit removes starting vith the generator Irequency,
and needs at |east 50 vo|ts to measure the Irequency. lI this situation is
to be avoided, the on|y so|ution is to add an auxi|iary re|ay. The coi| oI the
re|ay vi|| be betveen BATTEPY (-) and charging a|ternator D termina|.
The norma||y c|osed contact oI the re|ay vi|| be connected seria||y to the
unit's STAPT output. So the starting vi|| a|so be removed vhen the
CHAPCE vo|tage bui|ds up.
