Description:
The MHDMC connects with the premise Home Area Network (HAN), identifies itself and the
account it is properly associated with the utility. MHDMCs and premise owners char!es are
reconciled, as applica"le. This use case also descri"es the scenario documented in The
Load and Energy Management Use Cases, in that the MHDMC may "eha#e accordin! to that
use case. The mo"ile (e.!. any customer $H%&'%&) scenario is defined in this document.
