Summary
Im a program manager with 7 years of experience building and shipping enterprise software and
consumer product used by millions of people across popular devices and platforms.

As a program manager on SkyDrive, I designed intuitive sync experience that significantly improve
user experience for the Windows sync client. Orchestrated the SkyDrive rebrand to OneDrive
across Windows and other Microsoft products.
As a program manager in Windows Server, I partnered with multiple teams to build streamlined
UI for complex systems, and shipped features that simplify Windows server management tasks for
IT administrators.
As a member of Cloud and Enterprise division Women Leadership Council, I drove initiatives for
career development and built a strong community of support for women.

Experience
Microsoft, Redmond, Washington 2007 to Present - Program Manager 2, Windows Server
OneDrive (formerly known as SkyDrive) for Windows
Provided competitive analysis, and proposed a framework for increasing customer engagement that
was adopted by the team.
Partner with Windows engineering system, and other Microsoft product owners to rebrand SkyDrive
to OneDrive. Shipped OneDrive rebranded with Windows 8.1 Update 1 to 55 million Windows users.
Designed and delivered sync controls and shared folder UX for Windows 8.1 OneDrive modern app to
address key customer pain points. Shipped these features to 1.5 million users.

Fabric Management portal prototype for Windows Server vnext
Collected customer and competitive data analysis to create compelling scenarios for Windows Server
vnext.
Effectively managed dependencies throughout the technology stack, including the Azure UX
framework and System Center Operation Manager and Virtual Machine Manager.
Delivered the prototype as planned and identified the risks for Windows Server vNext.

Server Manager in Windows Server 2012
Partner with Remote Desktop Services, File Services, and IP Address Management teams to build end
to end scenarios that simplify IT admins tasks.
Despite PM resource constraints, delivered Server Manager cmdlets, dashboard, task execution,
tracking and notification model on time and shipped with 5.7 million units of Windows Server in 2012.
Drove customer engagement through multiple channels (Technology Adoption Program, MVPs, on
campus customer events and labs, webcast, Windows Server future councils) to collect early feedback
for the products.
Presented Server Manager in Tech Ready 13 and Tech Ready 14 and received great feedback.

Server Manager received great feedback from Windows Server 2012 reviewers.

Server Migration Tools in Windows Server 2008 R2
Designed and led the implementation of the Server Migration Powershell cmdlets.
Worked with Windows Server teams to produce migration guides for Windows Server 2008 R2 using
the Server Migration cmdlets, with 3 million download to date and average rating of 4.14 out of 5.

Remote Server Administration Tools for Vista and Vista SP1
Worked through complex licensing issues and got management approval for the project.
Managed the project, including release process, for 15 partners; shipped RSAT to the Microsoft
Download Center in 17 server languages with 137,607 downloads to date.

Server Manager in Windows Server 2008
Quickly ramped up and drove the partner integration with 5 Windows Server role teams.
Shipped server management features for those teams with 4.95 million units of Windows Server 2008.

Master Thesis in Human-Computer Interaction: Tabletop Games as Social Catalysts
Designed and developed a game for touch tables that encouraged people to collaborate in public
spaces.
