S.L. - THE RISE AND FALL...
Freetown Sierra Leone was founded as a God-fearing covenant nation 222 years ago March 11, 1792, by Christian
ex-slaves from America. Against all odds this Athens of Africa was a fore-runner nation, far advanced than most
societies even in Europe and the Americas! This was due to the unprecedented advance of the Gospel and
Education. This amazing feat happened at a time when 100 million of Africa's best were still being chained and
carted across the Atlantic into slavery in the Americas, leading to the prosperity of Europe and America, and the
impoverishment of Africa! Missionaries like Samuel Adjai Crowther, first African Bishop, were being trained as
early as 1827 at the Fourah Bay College, to light up the former 'dark' continent, and to evangelize and disciple
nations like Nigeria and Ghana, as per the Great Commission. By the 1860s Sierra Leone was producing lawyers
and doctors at a time when blacks were refused entry into university in America. Hitler's propaganda that blacks
were monkeys was shattered during the second world war, when German soldiers examining the wreckage of an
allied plane they had shot down, saw a Sierra Leone (black) pilot emerge from the cockpit!
However as trade brought prosperity, this promising settlement of God-fearing settlers, got infected and inflated
with pride. Prosperity transformed these former destitute slave descendants into arrogant white men in black skins.
Their snobbish outlook to natives undermined the penetrating of the gospel to the Provincials, who were (and still
are) firmly under the grip of secret societies. The most influential include the Poro and the Bondo, which source
their powers from the rivers or marine kingdom. By then the Christian faith opposed these secret societies, but
lacked knowledge on spiritual warfare. Thus on the blackest day in Sierra Leon'e history, April 27, 1898, a Poro-
masterminded mass uprising in the South and East, led to the cold-blooded massacre of scores of white Christian
missionaries and their wives and children, and over a thousand settlers (Creoles) working in the Provinces, also
Christians.

Even native converts who refused to join in the massacre of christians were not spared. Many history
texts misleadingly sweep this horrific event under the carpet of the Hut tax war. But the Hut tax war started in
February in the North under Bai Bureh. The sickening events of April 27 1898 defy description. It is an echo of the
murderous plot against the Jews, God's people, by proud Haman, because Mordecai a Jew, refused to bow to him,
an act of idolatory!
Esther 3:13:
"...The people were ordered to wipe out, kill, and destroy all the J ewsyoung and old, women and childrenon
a single day, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month of Adar. Their possessions were also to be seized."
This scale of rebellion against the Kingdom of God is unprecedented in recent history, and calls to mind the
Catholic Inquisition against Protestants in Europe. And the blood of those saints, like that of Abel, is still crying
VENGEANCE!
"the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground. 11 And now art thou cursed...
12 the ground...shall not yield unto thee (curse of famine); a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth...
every one that findeth me shall slay me."(curse of sword) Gen 4:10-14

FAULTY FOUNDATION
And as if in mockery of the Kingdom of God, a dominant political party hailing from the region of the massacre,
was officially founded on the same April 27. The then leader of that party again deliberately chose April 27 as the

date for the British handover of Sierra Leone. So for the past 53 years on every 'Independence' day, April 27, Sierra
Leoneans unconsciously 'celebrate' this bloody triumph of satan's kingdom against the gospel and God's saints. And
idolatrous masquerades, or devils, parade in jubilation over the blood of the saints slaughtered on that day. Our
independence foundation is faulty, founded on unjust blood shed in rebellion to God. Is it any wonder with all the
prayers for Sierra Leone, things have gone from bad to worse?
"If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?" Ps 11:3

Judgment always follows unjust bloodshed!
The last 53 years has seen the rapid degeneration and devastation of the land from grace to grass. Undisputedly the
darkest period in Sierra Leone's 222 years. How much longer can SL continue to build on a faulty, bloody
foundation?
When the Jews crucified the Messiah and slaughtered early Christians, Jerusalem was wiped out in AD 70 by the
Romans, 39years after they crucified Christ. It was only reestablished as a Jewish state in 1948. They had been in
exile for 1,878 years!!! In Luke 17:1-2 Jesus warned:
"It is impossible but that offences will come: but woeunto him, through whom they come! It were better for him
that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little
ones."
If there is great rejoicing in Heaven over onesinner that repents, how much more grievous is the murder of even a
single saint, let alone well over a thousand? For:
"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Ps 116:15:

JUDGEMENT OF SWORD, PESTILENCE AND FAMINE (1 Chron.21:12)
Divine judgement comes in three main forms:
"...but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence." Jer 14:12
Sword means bloodshed by war or conflict.
Faminemeans acute hunger or starvation from poverty.
Pestilencemeans any epidemic disease with a high death rate.
SL has paid dearly already for this anti-kingdom rebellion. The forces of pride and oppression have fueled tribal
hatred and divisions, infecting all mountains of society, particularly Government. And pride means God Himself
was bound to resist or fight against the land! Politically, Sierra Leone has been fought over between the north and
south, while the East and West swing North or South as convenient. A nation divided against itself unfailingly fails
and falls.

JUDGEMENT OF FAMINE
The fortunes of Sierra Leone have since 1898 experienced a nosedive, and now 116 years later, Sierra Leone, the
shining star of Africa, has fallen to the bottom of the human race. SL was formerly known as the bread basket of
West Africa due to huge exports of rice and other agricultural products. But by 2002 the judgment of FAMINE was
so severe as to force former President Tejan Kabba to promise, in vain, that 'No Sierra Leonean would go to bed
hungry'. Back then a bag of rice was Le60,000. Now 12 years later, it is chasing Le200,000! The famine has
become more grievious, and is now dubbed '444'! The land is being mercilessly raped by strangers of its abundant
God-endowed mineral and natural wealth, with the active selfish connivance of its own sons, or koko-behs, says
Emmerson, for koko-ebeh! Compulsive corruption of a kind unstoppable by any man-made policy or law!

JUDGEMENT OF THE SWORD
On Sunday March 23, 1991, a senseless 11 years rebel war sent SL into chaos, disorder, near anarchy. Eleven is
the number for disorder, disorganization. This was exactly 199 years to the month, after the covenant-founding of
the land in 1792, March 11. Nine is the number for judgement. Note the congruence between the numbers in the
year 1991 and the 199 years separating the founding of the colony and the start of the war, the judgement of the

sword. Over 10% of Sierra Leoneans were killed, and multitudes mutilated in the most brutal war in recent history,
with unquantifiable mass destruction of infrastructure and property. The blood of the 1898 massacre of God's
servants is still crying out!
JUDGEMENT OF PESTILENCE
Several visions and prophetic words were received at the IFSL altar, and confirmed by brethren in the UK, USA
and Nigeria, of pending judgment over the land. One was very specific to the month of May.
HAILSTONES: Hailstones in scriptures always reflect judgment.
"And I will plead against him with pestilenceand with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands... great
hailstones, fire, and brimstone." Ezek 38:22
In May, strange hailstones rained massive destruction and deaths in Bo particularly. Many giant trees were
uprooted. And it is no secret that such trees are commonly objects of idolatry. Most of the Bondo secret society
'bushes' in town were destroyed. At least one man was electrocuted to death by lightning as his cell phone caught
fire. The residents of Bo were gripped with fear, and in radio talk shows, admonished repentance from evil ways to
God, as it is evident God is raining judgment. People flocked to churches and mosques. This is reminiscent of a
fearful incidence in the seventies, when a lantern parade effigy making mockery of the LORD JESUS, was instantly
struck down by sudden lightening! But why strange hailstones in Bo? Can it be related to the fact that Bo is the
headquarters of the South, the seat of the April 27 1898 rebellion against God's kingdom?

It was on a Sunday May 25, 1997 that the bloody AFRC coup ravaged Freetown, sent Tejan-Kabbah's Government
into exile, and brought the rebels into the capital city. Again it was on the same Sunday May 25, 2014, as
forewarned, that the first Ebola case in Sierra Leone was officially confirmed. The outbreak of the dreaded
pestilence of Ebola, a dreaded rapid killing disease with no known cure, on this foreboding date, leaves no doubt
that it represents a curse, a judgement.
A vision by two missionaries from South Africa earlier had spoken of 'evil arrows from the East'. And of all
places, the Ebola landed right into the camp of the sowei or Bondo in Kissy Kingdom, Kailahun District, on the
eastern SL/Liberia border. This was the same District that served as the entry point for the war, the judgement of
the sword, that was now the entry point of the judgement of pestilence. It is significant to note that late president
Tejan Kabba who declared the war over in 2002, was interred on Sunday 23
rd
March, which happened to be the
23rd anniversary of the start of the War in Kailahun, East of SL; And the war started on Sunday 23rd March, 1991!
God-incidence! And it was that same week of the March 23
rd
2014 when Tejan Kabba was buried, that saw the
launch of the 12-man IFSL mission to Kailahun to commence the "sealing of the borders, so the gods of the land
would be judged!", as per God's mandate received at the IFSL altar through His emissary from Nigeria, Pst. Gift.
(Zech.13:2).
And before the mission to Kailahun, reports of mass initiations into the poro of up to 1,500 took place from January
to March alone, 2014. Recently an MP reportedly sponsored the initiation of some 500 boys.

SIERRA LEONE: THERE IS FIRE (JUDGEMENT) ON THE MOUNTAIN OF PRIDE
What is God judging? The Principalities and powers, and rulers of the darkness in Sierra Leone, characterised by
PRIDE, who have infiltrated the seven mountains and opposing the kingdom of God. God RESISTS, FIGHTS
AGAINST the PROUD! (James 4:6).
The leaders on the seven society mountains of Religion, Family, Government, Education, Media, Arts and
Entertainment, Economy/Business, have all been infected with this very offensive spirit of PRIDE. But pride goeth
before a fall, and 'every valley (the humble) shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill (the proud) shall be made
low'.(Is.40:4)
Ps 94:2. Lift up thyself, thou judgeof the earth (Sierra Leone): render a reward to the proud. 4. How long shall
they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves? 20. Shall the throne of iniquity
have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law? (eg. a law house that passes dubious mining contracts
into law on a ticket of emergency to forestall debate, while reluctant to expunge anti-human rights elements in the
Public order act that contradict the constitution) 22. But the Lord is my defence; and my God is the rock of my
refuge. 23 And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea,
the Lord our God shall cut them off."

CALL FOR ACTION
When Righteous blood is shed by the proud forces of darkness, it always comes with grave consequences. The Jews
were scattered until 1948, due to the devastation of Jerusalem in AD70 by Roman forces under Titus, leaving no
stone on top of another, and the blood of the Jews flowing in the streets like a river. This was a consequence
predicted by Jesus:
"Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and
crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the
blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar." Matt 23:34-35
It is time the bloodshed of God's servants on April 27, 1898, be properly atoned for. The Good News is that the
blood of Jesus now speaks. If it is not allowed to speak and atone, demonic forces will continue to take advantage
and wreck havoc in the land. The Fiji Transformation documentary film demonstrates how repentance for the
slaughter and eating of a white missionary over a hundred years earlier, led to a revival of fortunes as the curse over
Fiji was removed.
"And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that
of Abel." Heb 12:24
"And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and put on incense, and go
quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the Lord; the
plagueis begun.
47 And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and, behold, the plague was
begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people.
48 And he stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed." Num 16:46-48

ARE THERE NO PRIESTS IN THE LAND?
The forces of PRIDE and REBELLION continue to draw power or authority legally, because righteous blood is still
crying. God's mandate is for the 'sealing of the borders in the land, that He may judge the gods of the land'. The
bloodshed of April 27, 1896 is an open sore, a 'border' or opening, through which the enemy continues to reinforce,
defy, even mock the body of Christ, and the Kingdom of God. Judgment is triggered by INJUSTICE. This injustice
has brought on the judgment of the sword, of famine, and now pestilence. The first two have run their course. This
third judgment must not be allowed to run its course, or the consequences will be dire! Already the proud in the
land are shaken. May the saints arise to make an atonement, that judgment will be tempered by mercy, and the land
revived in Jesus' name!!!

REVIVAL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR 2014: DIVINE TIMING
And the timing is NOW. 2014. In the middle of this year, with June and July being the middle months. And July 2

at noon, to July 3

at noon, being the exact middle point of 2014. What is the significance of this timing?:
"O Lord, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O Lord, revivethy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of
the years make known; in wrath remember mercy." Hab 3:2
Why 2014? It is the second year into the 12
th
Jubilee since the prophetic naming of this land Lion of Judah
mountains in 1462. The second year is the year of REVIVAL, and the third year (2015) is the year of
RESURRECTION! The middle of this 2
nd
year of revival is obviously the timing for God to avenge His servants
and REVIVE His work that was brutally interrupted April 27, 1898!!!
"After two days will he reviveus: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight." Hos. 6:2
