Te2tile sector is an important sector is in our country. 9ur te2tile sector is more develop
from any other country. The yearn dyeing machine is an important part in te2tile
machineries, /hich is used every ready made garments. Among these te2tile company,
fa+rics production is very important. Because all .inds of garments products need
fa+rics, /ithout fa+rics no product /ill +e counted. In this company +y helping of yearn
dyeing machine /e can produce product of different .inds of denim fa+rics. Their
products are used in different garments in Bangladeshi and e2port in different countries.
The yearn dyeing machine have mechanical, electrical and electronic part.
I have ac%uired .no/ledge a+out all te2tiles yearn dyeing machine. I have ac%uired all
of maintenance process, setup, and operation also ac%uired .no/ledge maintenance of
dyeing machine. I have ac%uired the practical .no/ledge as /ell as theoretical
.no/ledge a+out different .inds of te2tile machineries +y /or.ing in *ar&is composite
(nit industries pri,et limited during four months. In garments section 1ar3is playing an
important rule in our country. This has given a sta+le condition of our local garments
industry.
These companies are used different .inds of oil, grease, slippery and activate elements
to continuing productive situation the yearn dyeing machine.
There are different teams to drive the different section in this company. Those are
/or.ing in production and distri+ution.
In my practicum session I have o+served that, there is no automatic system for any
maintenance schedule. Although, this is very common and useful for any organi1ation,
I have got a lot of helps from this company staff and engineers in my practical /or.s,
/hich /ill +e very helpful for future.
