10. DESCRIPTIF
Lorsque la balise verte est allume (voir AUTORI-
SATION DE DMARRAGE), une impulsion (1er
coup DIN) sur SB1J situ sur la plaque pupitre fron-
tale dclenche lavertisseur de dmarrage pendant
trois secondes ; une seconde impulsion (2me coup
DIN), aprs larrt de lavertisseur, provoque le
dmarrage de la ligne en continu.
CONTINUOUS RUNNING
10. DESCRIPTION
When the green signal lamp (see STARTUP
AUTHORIZATION) is lit up, a pulse (1st DIN pulse)
on SB1J located on the front control panel activates
the startup warning device for three seconds: a
second pulse (2nd DIN pulse) starts up the line in
continuous running mode once the warning device
has stopped.
Nota : Au dmarrage, la machine acclre jusquau
seuil de vitesse de crabotage (temps fixe de cinq
secondes) puis la vitesse minimale de production.
20. CONDITIONS DE RALISATION
Les conditions autorisant le dmarrage doivent tre
prsentes.

dfauts.
Contrler ltat des disjoncteurs QF1C et QF2X
Vrifier ltat des entres automate :
E0.1 = 1 si une commande marche continue
est actionne.
Note: On startup, the machine accelerates up to
the clutching speed threshold (time set at 5 seconds)
then up to the minimum production speed.
20. OPERATING CONDITIONS
The conditions authorizing startup must be satis-
fied.
30. TROUBLESHOOTING
See the instructions on the defect display.
Check the status of circuit breakers QF1C and
QF2X.
Check the status of prog. controller inputs:
E0.1 = 1 if a continuous running command is
activated.

Contrler le cblage et le fonctionnement des car-
tes dentres automate.
Contrler ltat et le fonctionnement des relais
KA1A, KA1C, KA1D, KA2S et KA3S.
Contrler ltat et le fonctionnement des contac-
teurs KM1C et KM2C
Vrifier le fonctionnement du variateur dentrane-
ment U1C. (voir VARIATEUR ENTRANEMENT
MOTEUR PRINCIPAL).
Vrifier ltat des sorties automate :
A2.6 = 1 lorsque la machine tourne en
continu.
A3.0 = 1 si lautorisation de dmarrage est
acquise.
Contrler le cblage et le fonctionnement des car-
tes de sorties A2 et A3 de lautomate.
Vrifier le cblage et les connexions interl-
ments en sortie Margeur (XS..T).

E1.1 = 1 if no normal stop is activated on the
line and if the unit is coupled to the
board delivery end.
E1.6 = 1 if no emergency stop is activated.
E32.3 = 1 if the height of the board is sufficient
in the feeder hopper (to authorize
startup).
E32.4 = 1 if the main drive contactor KM1C is
raised.
E32.5 = 1 if circuit breakers QF1C and QF2X
are closed.
E33.1 = 0 if no setting operation is in progress.
Check the wiring and operation of the prog. con-
troller input cards.
Check the status and operation of relays KA1A,
KA1C, KA1D, KA2S and KA3S.
Check the status and operation of contactors
KM1C and KM2C.
Check the operation of drive variator U1C (see
MAIN MOTOR DRIVE VARIATOR).
Check the status of prog; controller outputs:
A2.6 = 1 when the machine is running in con-
tinuous mode.
A3.0 = 1 if startup has been authorized.
Check the wiring and operation of output cards A2
and A3 of the prog. controller.
Check the wiring and interunit connections at the
feeder delivery end (XS..T).
