Communication is a process of transferring information from one entity to another.it

also maintain healthy relationship that is attitude towards tasks versus
relationships.besides that,communication also resolve conflicts but in a different way of
processing information.Variety type of talktime also exhibit
communication.Communication also exhibit or exemplify leadership style.
When we talk about maintain healthy relationship,men and women tend to build
the relationship in a different way as an author Shashank Nakate said.he said that if
man mean they will tend to be task oriented first and through that they build their
relationship with the certain person.The opposite gender,women,build a strong
relationship with the certain person first and then only accomplish their tasks.I think that
we should practice the womens style because it will be helpful during we accomplish a
task so that a cooperation will exit.Not only that,we also can predict the strength and
weakness of the person that we communicate.
Besides that,communication also resolve conflicts but in a different way of
processing information.This has been exemplified by men and women in their
respective ways.Let say,making decision for a matter.Women will look at the
suggestions or options provided compared to the man who goes internally until they
come up with a solution.In such case,my point of view is that we should copy the mens
method.I am saying so because in such method it will teach us to think broadly and our
thinking will not limited in a single matter.

Lieberman,an author.In this situation men and women differ to each other.Men will take
more time and space.But women will expect equality among men and women.In my
opinion,We should follow the men steps because we can voice our feelings,opinions or
thoughts.Not only that,respect towards us will growup.
Different gender consist of variety type of leadership style.Man will be confident to
speak and voice out their suggestion or opinion compared to the women who will be
more careful in presenting their point of view.It is because,they would ensure the
relationship between them and the person who they talk to would not affect.
There are different ways of communication between men and women.As a good
human being,we should think which strategy that suits us and we should perform the
best one.
