Company Name:
Birla Tyres
Company Profile:
The founder of the Birla Group was Baldeo Das Birla, a member of the successful
Maheshwari Marwari community from Pilani, in the westerly state of
Rajasthan. The Birlas created the empire pretty much under a protective
environment of closed door economic policy of the Indian Government (Govt).
They had the influence with the Govt so controlled the businesses as basically
use the technology till it runs down and then import a new one. They were very
successful at that, because there was no competition as the businesses were very
much for those who could afford the license. The management was never
professional, there was and probably still is a persona of nepotism. If you were
not a Marwari, and again not from Jhunjunu or Pilani you could not go anywhere
in the company.

4. Is Maintenance equipment is adequate for repairing the production machine.(1= very good , 2 = good , 3= satisfied ,4=
poor ,5= very poor)
5. Is Maintenance team or member is sufficient to got to resolve the problems. (1= very good , 2 = good , 3= satisfied ,4=

6. What is formula to calculate OEE
7. What is Availability of machine in term of OEE.
8. What is Performance in term of OEE
9. What is Quality in term of OEE.
