My primary responsibility is to work on diversified healthcare projects envisaged by Reliance Industries and to
take them forward. I’m instrumental in the conceptualization, planning & execution of more than 12 Projects in the
last two years.
Responsibilities:

 Hospital Planning & Management – Involve in the planning of a green field tertiary care hospital of
Reliance Group at Mumbai. This is hospital is the part of strategic entry of Reliance in the healthcare delivery
business. In this project I’m Involve in the preparation of the business plan, financial viability, project
budgeting, medical space planning, equipment planning & global search for an international affiliate.
 Corporate Development & Project Management – Response to RFP & Validation, Market Research,
Gap Analysis & Requirement Gathering, Preparation of Concept Plans, Financial & Business Viability of the
concepts, Forecasting & Projections for ROC, ROI, P&L & EBDITA etc.
 Geriatrics – Developed the concept of Adult Foster Homes & Assisted Living Centers. First Foster Home
will be commissioned in the month of March 2010.
 Education – Developed the course curriculum for Nursing Assistants. Got approval from Maharashtra
Nursing Council to commence the program. First batch for students will join from the academic session 2010.
A secondary care hospital of the group will be the center of training & class room teaching for this program.
 Rural Healthcare – Spearheaded the Rural Business Hub (RBH) concept of Reliance Retail in
Healthcare category to establish rural healthcare centers across India. Developed the concept & did baseline
survey at 30 locations in country. First commercial rollout in the second quarter of 2010.
 Product Development – Conceptualized & developed new age products like Stem Cell Therapy
Treatment & started a dedicated ward for Clinical Trials at a Reliance group tertiary care hospital. This
dedicated ward is a pioneer work in the tertiary care hospitals of Mumbai. Currently the trails of a Brazilian
Pharmaceutical major are under progress.
 Business Reengineering – Framework designing, Road map for the business functions, aligning of
business goals, Financial & Operational turnaround of Health Centers at various production sites of group.
 Operations Management – Head of operations of a group Secondary Care Hospital in the out skirts of
Mumbai. Responsible for the P&L of the hospital. Hospital made operational profit after a gap of 8 years in
the history of 11 years since commissioning
 Value Added Services – Conceptualized VAS for Reliance Wellness customers as a part of
Pharmaceutical business of Reliance Retail
