I, Debesh Bhabani Swain, wish to pursue an executive management degree at IIM,

Bangalore.
I have been working as a ER!S"# consultant $or the last %& months with wide spectrum o$
customers ranging $rom 'BS, S" , "riba, (are Stream, to )*). Solutions (o. +td. M,
pro$essional -ob re.uires solving problems in the various phases o$ suppl, chain
management using S" so$tware as an e$$ective tool. I am well settled, respected and
satis$ied with m, li$e. /owever this speciousl, com$ortable state will lead to m, intellectual
and pro$essional stagnation. "nd too, as a technical consultant, m, $ocus so $ar has been
with all the 0what1 part, and I want to explore the 0wh,1 and 0how1 o$ the business word.
Moreover presentl,, I have no social obligations. So, I want to take this opportunit, to
enhance m, academic knowledge and pro$essional skills. 2his will give me personal

happened to be a brilliant student. I admit that I was never the best or the most
outstanding student. But I personall, think consistent excellence is as di$$icult as !i$ not
more# occasional brilliance. I have seen and lived m, li$e and career through various
changing circumstances. 2hose made m, interests are getting shi$ted $rom m, childhood
dreams o$ becoming a teacher, a botanist, to a computer geek. I thoroughl, en-o,ed
