Job Description International Partnership Manager
Role Overall
International Relations Manager will be the person responsible to deliver the country partnerships and
ensure the matching process in a national scope. He is the responsible one to obtain alignment with two
stakeholders: Global country oGIP responsible & local TN Managers: manage international
partnerships ,search for supply, selection process, process management for interview and orientation for
matching trainees.
Job Description Quality Audit Manager
Role Overall
Quality Audit Manager will be the person responsible to control the quality of the delivery and ensure the
delivery process in a national scope. He is the responsible one to obtain alignment with two
stakeholders: (MC & LC) TN Taker & local TN Managers: manage the whole delivery process,
standardise and audit LC delivery of quality and manage MC TN quality fund.

MC VP iGIP
Requirements
15 Hours per week
From Dec to Jun
Attend a summit in MC Office on 14 Dec ( still to be confirmed)
Background Required

One year of AIESEC experience and above

Specific Questions
International Relations Manager (Max of 2 Pages)
1) What is the best way to deliver an international partnership to speed TN matching.
2) Describe the matching process flow in iGIP. What are the key challenges nowadays? What
Solutions do you propose?
3) Every company has its own selection process to recruit HR. These processes analyze the
resume and candidates profile. What strategies do you think will make the selection process as
accurate as possible?
4) The National Team will make the matching of MC& LC TNs. How to ensure a good alignment
with the needs of each TN? Also, how to ensure that the selected trainees will fulfil the TN Takers
expectations?
iGIP Audit Manager (Max of 2 Pages)
1) What is the idea of a TN delivery model with KPI for you?(Please clarify each step. For
example: What should we base Matching on to track through KPI?)
2) How would you qualify the current delivery situation in Malaysia? What generates a breaking of
realisations?
3) What are the bottlenecks & key challenges for the standard delivery of each LC? What is your
strategy for it?
