coordinated by Danang foreign Affairs, Da Nang association for promoting education
(DAP! has agreed to cooperate with Care the people to implement the long"term
program to support school e#penses for disad$antaged students from primary school to
high school%students of uni$ersity in Danang&

- The students will benefit from program since their first year until completing high
school level, the number of children above will be decreasing when the students are out
of program (due to some reasons: finish school, dropped out of school or get bad
school result ), the new cases of students will be considered and added in the list
when CTP find the new sponsors for these new cases

>ponsor& In case of changing (adding or remo$ing students from list due to s7ipping
school or other reasons!, it is necessary to be appro$ed by two parties&

reCuests from authorities&

E >tudents and their parents commit to use the scholarship amount suitable to the aim of
this program&
E -ommitment between the school of students and DAP to help them learn, practice

each semester to the supporter&
E -hildren;s relati$es commit to follow strictly the disciplines set up by -'P and DAP
if sending their children for li$ing at ?reen +ouse
III- OTHER TERMS#
+"$" Foth parties ha$e the right to interrupt this agreement anytime because of a
legitimate reason that the signed items were not respected or an irresistible reason not
comply with desires of both parties& Fefore interrupting the agreement, one party has to
inform the other side before . months&
+"*" Foth sides are responsible for reporting the implementing progress to the related
management agencies in accordance with ,aws (if any!&
'his agreement is made into 2 sets, 2 in Gietnamese and 2 in nglish with eCual
$alue, each party holds 0 Gietnamese copy and 0 nglish copy, the rest is submitted to
the related agencies&
