Project Manager Professional Credit Evaluation


Model Base on Fuzzy Comprehensive
Evaluation Method and Superiority Chart

Abstract
Our credit rating industry produced in 1987. In 1992, the China Association of Credit Rating After several preparatory group
discussions to develop a bond credit rating approach" laid the foundation for China's credit rating system. With the development
of the international project, the form of the project team to break the traditional forms of enterprise, project manager career
appeared once again on the credit evaluation system proposed requirements. Previous experience practicing project managers who
are employers and business executives emphasis on the content of the project , but the personal qualities and moral standards more
about the business of credit level , there is no attention to these factors. Therefore, our need for a better career credit evaluation
model to accurately assess the project managers credit, improve vocational credit system. In this study, the use of fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation of the project manager 's credit , performance ability , professional quality, ethical standards and other
key factors to quantify the processing and use superiority chart to determine the weights to build the model level evaluation from
both internal and external aspects to determine the value of the project manager's career credit , improve credit rating level project
manager positions , further improve the market system , and enhance the fitness between project managers and business.
