OK. I have been reviewing GAO reports re: Climate
Change and Geoengineering. I am extremely concerned
that the full truth about Geoengineering (especially the
aerosol spraying experiments now conducted globally) is
not being reported.
The tone of the reports is nearly devoid of concern for the
health and well-being of the American taxpayers. It is as if
the authors are much more concerned about future
research and/or 3rd party contract opportunities.
The number one goal of the US Federal Government is to
protect the American people. GAO occupies a unique place
in that role - because it has always had the guts to speak
the truth regardless of the consequences. Why would the
GAO abandon the American people on this particular
topic?
If our social scientists are correct about human network
communication, we are now achieving the 5 6% of the
population here in the USA that will be necessary to
explode this topic into current awareness regardless of
our dysfunctional mainstream medias presence or not.
Please note, to say that the American people are fed up
with environmental and food supply toxicity is an
understatement. [This past week reports that 1:2
Americans will develop cancer and autism is produced by
environmental toxicity in the womb caught enough
attention for others to mention them to me (I have no TV
or radio)].
What should concern the GAO is its evidentiary role. The
GAO is supposed to be able to reach into any Federal
Agency and find out what is going on. In spite of the
presence of the various departments of defense, there is
no national security imperative here. Geoengineering
aerosol spraying is considered an experimental sciencebased activity to ameliorate climate change. Those who
are examining it outside of the Federal government are

finding that it exacerbates climate change at the microclimate level, and is dimming the planet to detriment of
agricultural plant growth.
What if the GAO found out that the American people were
being subjected to toxic atmospheric experiments and
said nothing? What if the GAO failed to interpret its
findings as a clear violation of the Nuremburg Code? What
if the GAO failed to find out the extent of these
experiments once it knew they were being conducted?
What if ample interagency and public documentation
exists to prove that they ARE being conducted and the
GAO said nothing?
I will end with the cautionary statement I made to the very
kind person I just spoke with.
The fact that the US Federal Government and its private
contractors have been spraying nano-particulate or other
matter on the American people for upwards of 20 years
will emerge into the general consciousness. When it does,
every Federal agency and congressional committee
member/staffer involved in the cover up, will be pursued
in the largest citizen class action lawsuit in the history of
this country.
Side Note: I tried to reach someone in the IGs office using
the hotline number. The dear person who answered the
phone worked for Navex Global and said they just give
her forms to fill out for each company. Is that really the
kind of first contact you want your whistleblowers to
experience? And who exactly owns Navex Global? Exactly
how secure is that whistleblowers initial interview going
to be? Navex Global is owned by a Private Equity firm
called The Riverside Company whos CEO is a 22 yr
veteran of JP Morgan Chase. For most Americans who can
still think, any connection to the Wall St apparatus is
toxic. Are you all aware of which organization actually
funds The Riverside Company? Has an independent study
been done of their system integrity? Can the GAO say

RESEARCH ON GLOBAL NAVEX & ITS OWNER, THE
RIVERSIDE COMPANY:

BACKGROUND ON GAO-IG OUTSOURCED WHISTLEBLOWER INTERFACE

STRAIGHT BACK TO JP MORGAN CHASE:
NAVEX Global emerges: Instantly among Oregon's biggest software
companies
Mark Reed, who brokered EthicsPiont's sale as its interim CEO, is now running its
successor -- NAVEX Global.

Mark Reed, who brokered EthicsPiont's sale as its interim

CEO, is now running its successor -- NAVEX Global.
It's a well-worn tale in the Silicon Forest -- a buyer
acquires a promising Oregon technology business, rolls it
into a larger company, and the Oregon office all but
vanishes.
In Lake Oswego, the company formerly known as
EthicsPoint is working to turn that story on its head.
Sold in February to a private equity firm called The
Riverside Company, EthicsPoint joined an assemblage of
three similar businesses that also offered technology or
services to help monitor workplace behavior -- and to
correct problems as soon as they emerge.
Instead of shuttering EthicsPoint's Oregon office,
Riverside made it the headquarters for the new company
and put the EthicsPoint team in charge. The new owners
also gave it a new name -- NAVEX Global.

That awkward moniker notwithstanding, NAVEX Global
instantly became one of Oregon's largest software
businesses, with the annual revenue around $100 million.
Riverside says that's just a starting point. It plans to buy
other businesses to expand NAVEX's portfolio, aiming to
double its revenue in the next two to three years.
NAVEX Global
Business: Software, hotlines and other tools to help large
organizations track employee behavior and conduct,
flagging potential violations for prompt investigation.
Components: Four formerly independent companies make
up NAVEX Global: ELT (Online workplace training),
EthicsPoint (ethics reporting), Global Compliance (risk
monitoring and mitigation), PolicyTech (policy and
procedure management software)
A private equity firm called Riverside Co. bought
EthicsPoint in February and merged it with two rivals-Global Compliance Services and ELT Inc. The headquarters
remain in Lake Oswego.
A fourth company joined the mix today as NAVEX Global
acquired Idaho-based PolicyTech. The businesses did not
report terms of the deal.
All the companies offer software and other tools to help
large organizations track employee behavior and conduct,
flagging potential violations for prompt investigation.
The goal is to catch problems early, before they erupt into
scandal or create legal liabilities.
University athletic departments, for example, use
EthicsPoint's hotlines and online reporting tools to
encourage students and employees to report suspected
recruiting violations, academic fraud or staff misbehavior.

NAVEX Global may retain individual product names from
its portfolio companies, according to spokeswoman Simmi
Singh Corcoran. But she said the company wanted a new,
broader identity for the expanding organization.
EthicsPoint had about 200 employees before Riverside's
purchase in February. NAVEX Global now employs 450
altogether, about 200 of them in Lake Oswego.
EthicsPoint revenues had been growing rapidly even
before its mergers, climbing from around $20 million in
2010 to $30 million last year.
Now, the combined NAVEX Global company projects
revenues around $100 million in 2012.
Mark Reed, who came aboard as acting chief executive
after longtime CEO David Childers stepped down last year,
is NAVEX Global's CEO, no longer on an interim basis.
Childers is now CEO of a Portland company called Compli,
which provides employee management and business
compliance services.

Ownership: Private equity firm The Riverside Company
bought EthicsPoint in February for approximately $80
million. Riverside combined it with the other three
businesses.
Founded: EthicsPoint started in 1999. It took the name
NAVEX Global in June.
About that name: The company says "The prefix 'NAV' is a
reference to how we strive to help you navigate the
complex and growing list of (compliance) issues facing
your organization today and in the future. The EX alludes
to our unmatched expertise and experience in the ethics
and compliance space."
