Engineering in the Oil & Gas field for Offshore Process complex /Platform , FPSO and Onshore .
Presently working with Larsen and Toubro Ltd. (Design Engineering Centre, Faridabad) as a
Senior Piping Stress Engineer.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Detail Engineering:
Preparation of Stress analysis design basis.
Preparation of piping stress critical line list.
Review of vendor drawing for pressure vessels, pumps, exchangers for checking nozzle
allowable as per respective standards.
Performing stress analysis static and dynamic using Caesar 6.10.
Preparation of piping stress analysis reports
Trunnion check calculation, slug force calculation, PSV force calculation,WRC 107/297,
Detail Flange check as per ASME Section VIII , Div 1, API Flange check.
Fatigue analysis, Blast , transportation analysis & Dynamic (Slug, PSV, Seismic) analysis
Static and dynamic analysis for Fixed Wellhead platform, FPSO topsides & offshore flare
and process bridges, onshore oil & gas plant.
Stress analysis for lines connected to X-mas tress , closed and open drain pump ,flare header,
fire water header, lift gas header and manifold , water injection lines , launcher receiver
system connected to riser, MPFM & MPV system , test and production headers,
Lines connected to scrubbers, shell and tube heat exchangers, AFC , compressors, API 650
Tanks , Fire water pumps . TEG Contactor & Regeneration systems .

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Detail engineering of gas processing facility at Midyan, Saudi Arabia based on modular concept
Currently working as a senior engineer and doing pipe stress analysis for pipe rack,
Sales gas compressor, slug catcher, produce water, TEG system, Air coolers, API 650 Tanks


PROJECT-2 : PETROBRAS FPSO MV-26
CLIENT : MODEC PVT. LTD. SINGAPORE
CUSTOMER : PETROBRAS BRAZIL

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Detail Engineering for Topside Modules of MV-26 FPSO.
Worked as a job engineer and doing pipe stress analysis for main compressor module
and power generation module in MV-26 FPSO project.


PROJECT-3 : ADMA OPCO NASR PHASE 1 WELLHEAD PROJECT.
CLIENT : L&T, IOGP
CUSTOMER : ADMA OPCO, ABU DHABI

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Detail Engineering for 3 new wellhead platforms & an interconnecting bridge.
I worked as a job engineer and was responsible for stress analysis for water injection lines,
Closed and open drain pumps lines, well fluid lines connected to X-mas tree,
process bridge lines, vent gas header .










PROJECT-4 : HRP-II 3 WELLHEAD PROJECT
CLIENT : L&T, OGSP
CUSTOMER : ONGC

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
Detail Engineering for 3 new wellhead platforms.
I worked as a job engineer and was responsible for stress analysis for lift gas manifold,
Lift gas lines connected to X-mas tree, vent gas header, test and production header.
Closed drain & open drain headers.


PROJECT-5 : DEEN DAYAL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROCESS CUM
LIVING QUARTER PLATFORM
CLIENT : L&T (OGSP).
CUSTOMER : GUJARAT STATE PETROLEM CORPORATION
PMC : ENGINEERING INDIA LIMITED

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
L&T scope is for GT Module and modification of DDW 1 wellhead platform,
Flare and process bridge.
Worked Piping stress Engineer for this project and was responsible for flare
& process bridge lines, HP & LP flare header, cooling medium lines.

(2) Escorts Agri-machinery Ltd, Faridabad.

Worked as a quality control engineer for Engine components from May-09-May 10
