Akar Makina, founded in 1990, manufactures machinery for the Tire Retreading Industry. We have a
complete machinery portfolio including high capacity CNC Controlled Buffers and Autoclaves that
enables us to build a complete tire retreading plant for Truck and OTR (Off-The-Road) Groups in
precured and orbitread retreading.
We have built many tire retreading plants and manufactured equipment within and outside of Turkey for
over 15 years. We have proven quality standards in our products, and we provide CE certicates with our
machinery.
Our autoclaves meet with international quality standards, and we work with internationally well known
certication agencies such as Bureau Veritas, TUV, Lloyd, Hartford Steam Boilers to certify
our autoclaves. With our autoclaves, we are able to offer the following certications and standards:
Pressured Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (PED)
ASME SEC VII D.1.
GOST-R
EN 3834-2
Any other certicates that may be required by other authorities
For truck and OTR tires retreading, we offer all machinery including buffers, autoclaves, building
machines, work stations, tire lifter, inspection spreader, envelope spreader, dust collection cyclone etc.
Hence, we offer our customers one-stop-shop solutions in their retreading equipment needs. We offer CE
certicate and worldwide warranty with our equipment, and complate package solutions from
manufacturing to on-site installation, start-up and training.
