GOOD PRACTICES
Though the company was relatively small it was very
profitable as its entrepreneurial culture had fostered
innovative thinking across the company.
Introduced a new parallel system for development of
production.
They develop and design product according to customer
needs and responses.
Art Beaumont, was hired to preserve the innovative culture
and for the rapid growth of the company.


BAD PRACTICES
Lack of coordination between the team members.
Slow decision making process.
Software developed overseas was notoriously problematic in
the medical diagnostics field.
They emphasized more on modular design which delayed the
production process.
They lacked direction, they were working for two bosses, and
they didn't trust each other to get the job done.


REMEDIES
They need to develop Employee reward structure which
would motivate people.
Centralized information system should be designed so that
team members can upload there information.
Effective input plan should be converted into effiecient plans.
They should work on basic design and provide modular design
in next version.
Internal conflicts should be resolved so that there is no
conflict between executive , marketing manager and core
team member.
