Overview: ALSTOMs e-terracontrol for substations provides an access gateway into your substations. It integrates
e-terracontrol SCADA and Human Machine Interface (HMI) capabilities with MiCOM, BiTRONICS and third party
products. A full set of services is offered, including protection, engineering, installation, and maintenance.
Customers who also use ALSTOMs e-terraplatform SCADA/EMS have the ability to share the substation database
and displays with the substation system, providing an integrated enterprise wide solution for data and display
management.

e-terracontrol for substations includes real-time control and
data acquisition, event and alarm logging, Web-based HMI,
and application development platform
MiCOM relays, Program Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Remote
Terminal Units (RTUs) provide a full range of protection and
automation functionality
Electroswitch CIM Smart Switches are integrated with e-
terracontrol for substations under an agreement between
Electroswitch and ALSTOM
