BATMAN JUSTICE UNBALANCED WALKTHROUGH

BY ALEXHATES98
==================================================
I. Introduction
==================================================
This is my 3rd complete walkthrough, and I also
made a walkthrough on the Learning Company's other
Batman game, Toxic Chill. In Justice Unbalanced,
the Penguin steals eggs from a jeweler and plans
to rob 3 Gotham City homes. Two-Face also plans on
destroying the Tower of Justice, since there is an
odd number of towers in Gotham City, with Justice
being the least needed. Batman and Robin (Tim D.)
are relying on you to help them stop their rivals.
==================================================
II. Getting Started
==================================================
If this is your first time playing, you'll be
asked to pick a difficulty level. There's
beginner, professional, and master. The game gets
more difficult the higher difficulty level you
choose. After that, we get a cutscene with
Two-Face demanding egg jewels from a jeweler,
while the Penguin's henchmen break open a box with
the egg jewels inside. Batman and Robin manage to
stop 2 of the henchmen, but the 3rd one jumps into
the Penguin's car, leaving an egg behind. Batman
and Robin take the egg to the batcave and receive
a statement with a double meaning. "There is no
justice. There is just us."
==================================================
III. Electrical Umbrellas
==================================================
You start the game out in front of the
batcomputer. Click the elevator to go down. Click
on the batmobile. Click on either Mansion Hill or
Civic Plaza. There are 2 homes in Mansion Hill and
one in Civic Plaza where you need to disarm the
electrical barrier around the egg. There are a set
of colorful open umbrellas, and the colored
segments that face adjacent umbrellas must be the
same. If you think you've got it, click on a
closed umbrella. Batman will strike it with a
laser. If you did it correctly, the umbrella will
disappear, and so will the open ones (which will
reset). If done incorrectly, electric sparks fly
around the entire room. You'll be given a tip,
such as Batman saying "Look at the umbrellas
closely, Robin. Make sure each section matches."
On professional and master, there will be symbols
on each segment of the open umbrellas. They too
have to match up to adjacent umbrellas. Once all 4
closed umbrellas disappear, Batman picks the egg
up and scans it.
==================================================
IV. Decoding The Codes
==================================================
Go back to the batcave (click on the batmobile)
and go to the batcomputer. Batman puts the code
in. Each letter is represented by a number in a
particular style. Later in the game, more letters
are filled in, making it easier to decode the
codes. Drag and drop the letter to where you think
it goes (or type the letter in the box). When you
finish, each letter turns either white or red.
White letters mean correct letters, while red
letters are incorrect letters, and you must redo
the puzzle.
==================================================
V. The Penguin's Lair
==================================================
Go back to the batmobile and click on Diamond
District. Click on the building to be inside the
Penguin's lair. There will be 3 open doors. Click
on an open door to enter one of the Penguin's
rooms. It will be pitch black inside, but Batman
has a flashlight. The Penguin's henchmen will
explain how to get the egg, and if you want you
can click on the air vent in the top right area of
the room to have the henchmen repeat the process.
Should you mess up at all, the alarm is tripped,
and Batman and Robin run out of the room while the
lights cut back on. On master, the henchmen argue
over what the correct pattern is. Once you take
all 3 eggs, you can go back to the batmobile.
==================================================
VI. More Decoding
==================================================
At the batcomputer, you will need to solve the
remaining sentences, you'll need to combine the
sentences into one full statement, which tells you
which tower to go to.
==================================================
VII. Tower Power
==================================================
Go back to the batmobile, and go to either the
Tower of Justice (Civic Plaza), Tower of Peace
(Mansion Hill), or the Tower of Liberty (Diamond
District). Batman is the only one allowed in any
of the towers, since it is very dangerous inside
plus Two-Face is inside the towers. Batman starts
at the bottom. Use the arrow keys to move, and
space to jump. Green batman symbols indicate
checkpoints. On master there is a sharp decrease
in checkpoints. Two-Face is inside the towers, and
as soon as he appears, he flips a coin. If he
lands on heads, he does nothing and reappears
higher up in the tower. If he lands on tails, he
throws a bomb down at Batman, and you must quickly
run away. There are also dead ends. On
professional and master there are very many dead
ends, plus on master running into a dead end
requires lots of backtracking. At the top of the
tower is the exit. You must do this to all 3
towers in order to win.
==================================================
VIII. The Final Decoding
==================================================
Now you need to solve the one main statement from
the start of the game. When a letter is in the
correct place, it is no longer selectable. It is
then revealed the Tower of Justice is in trouble.
==================================================
IX. The Tower Of Justice
==================================================
The batcopter will be where the batmobile used to
be. After a cutscene, Batman will be on a
pedestal. 2 to 5 girders appear in between the 2
pedestals. First click on a girder and see if it
leads to Batman. If it does, click on more girders
to get Batman to eventually reach the finish. You
must act quickly, though. The girders cannot hold
Batman for more than 3 seconds. If Batman stays on
for too long, the girders will fall, and Batman
uses his batrope to avoid following in the fire.
Once you finish 3 times, you'll save Commissioner
Gordon. Finish 6 times, and you'll arrest the
Penguin. Finish 9 times, and you'll arrest
Two-Face and the game ends with a cutscene with
Two-Face wishing he was a kinder person.
