CUNA MUTUAL GROUP SCHOLARSHIPS TOTAL $25,000 TO DANE COUNTY STUDENTS Growing in the Right Direction Program Rewards Classroom, Community Achievements
MADISON, Wis. The now seven year tradition of CUNA Mutual Group continues this year when fifty high school seniors from twenty five Dane County schools will receive $500 scholarships through the Growing in the Right Direction scholarship program.
CUNA Mutual Groups scholarship program recognizes students for their performance in the classroom and for their commitment to their communities giving them a sense of pride for their past accomplishments & future endeavors.
We salute these scholarship recipients for their commitment to the community and to higher learning, said Steve Goldberg, executive director of the CUNA Mutual Foundation.
Recipients of the scholarship must have contributed to their school or community through volunteerism, show academic promise and plan to attend a 2- or 4- year degree-granting institution of higher learning in the state of Wisconsin.
