Hydrolic Unit Atox Mill

The alarms are divided in two groups:

A1. Alarm 1, prewarning
A2. Alarm 2, alarms which will stop the unit

10 A2 N02T01 TANK TEMP MAX2 The oil tank temperature is above 60C.

11 A2 N02T01 TANK TEMP MIN4 The oil tank temperature is below 1C.

12 A2 N01P01 HYDR PRES. MIN2 *The hydraulic pump has been in
operation for 20 sec., but the pressure is
still below min.

13 A2 D010L41 TANK LEVL MIN2 The oil level is below min2.

14 A2 D07Z41 VALVE HYDR. PUMP The main oil valve is closed.

15 A2 D04P41 PRESS. MAX CYL 1 The accumulator pressure for cylinder 1
is above max.

16 A2 D05P41 PRESS. MAX CYL 2 The accumulator pressure for cylinder 2
is above max.

17 A2 D06P41 PRESS. MAX CYL 3 The accumulator pressure for cylinder 3
is above max.

18 A2 M01C41 STOPPED TO LONG The circulation pump alarm occurs when
the pump, during normal operation of
the hydraulic system, has been stopped
for more than 1 hour.

20 A2 E01C41 UNIT FAULT The MCC for E01 is not ready.

21 A2 E01C61 RETURN FAULT The E01 return signal from the MCC is
not given after the command is given, or
the E01 return signal from the MCC is
given but not the command.

23 A2 N01P01 OUTSIDE LIMITS The pressure has been outside limit for
5 min.

24 A2 D04P42 PRESS. MIN CYL 1 The accumulator pressure for cylinder 1
is below min.

25 A2 D05P42 PRESS. MIN CYL 2 The accumulator pressure for cylinder 2
is below min.

26 A2 D06P42 PRESS. MIN CYL 3 The accumulator pressure for cylinder 3
is below min.

34 A2 M01C41 UNIT FAULT The MCC for M01 is not ready.

35 A2 M01C61 RETURN FAULT The M01 return signal from the MCC is
not given after the command is given, or
the M01 return signal from the MCC is
given but not the command.

36 A2 M01C71 OVERLOAD FAULT Overload fault MCC for M01.

37 A2 M02C41 UNIT FAULT The MCC for M02 is not ready.

38 A2 M02C61 RETURN FAULT The M02 return signal from the MCC is
not given after the command is given, or
the M02 return signal from the MCC is
given but not the command.

39 A2 M02C71 OVERLOAD FAULT Overload fault MCC for M02.

43 A2 N02T01 TANK TEMP MIN2 The hydraulic system is started and oil
tank temperature drops below 15C.

49 A2 N2T01 INSTR. FAULT Broken wire or instrument fault on N02.
Oil tank temperature.

50 A2 N01P01 INSTR. FAULT Broken wire or instrument fault on N01.
Hydraulic pressure.

51 A2 B01L01 INSTR. FAULT Broken wire or instrument fault on B01.
Layer thickness.

04 A1 A01X43 PLC BATTERY LOW Battery low in PLC. Change battery.

09 A1 M01C41 CIRC. PUMP STOP Circulation pump is stopped from CD for
filter change.

27 A1 D08P41 FILTER BLOCKED The oil filter is blocked.

28 A1 D09L41 TANK LEVEL MIN1 The oil level in the tank is below min.1.

29 A1 N01P01 HYDR PRES. MIN1 *The hydraulic pressure is still below
min. even the hydraulic pump has been
in operation for 20 sec.

30 A1 N01P01 HYDR PRES. MAX *The hydraulic pressure is above max.

31 A1 N02T01 TANK TEMP MAX1 The oil tank temperature is above 55C.

32 A1 N02T01 TANK TEMP MIN3 The oil tank temperature is below 5C.

40 A1 E01C41 UNIT FAULT If the temperature in the oil tank is
above control range (40C), and the
MCC for E1 is not ready, this prewarning
will be generated.

41 A1 E01C61 RETURN FAULT If the temperature in the oil tank is
above control range (40C), and the E01
return signal from the MCC is not given
after the command is given, or the E01
return signal from the MCC is given but
not the command, this prewarning will
be generated.

42 A1 A01X45 EMPTY/FILLING Emptying or filling of oil tank from the
local panel is selected.

44 A1 N02T01 TANK TEMP MIN1 The oil tank temperature is below 17C,
and the hydraulic system is started.

48 A1 A01C68 GEAR STOPPED The gear unit is not in operation.

60 A1 E01C71 OVERLOAD FAULT Overload fault MCC for E01.
