To our young and intelligent guest of honor / and speaker for
todays affair,/ to the smart father of San Manuel, Isabela / Hon.
Faustino Michael Carlos T. Dy, III / with his beauteous wife Madam
Tin-tin,/ to our beloved and equally approachable Sangguniang Bayan
Members / headed by our kind Vice Mayor,/ Hon. Mario E. Napicog, /
to all the school heads, teachers and students/ thru the leadership of the
Schools District Supervisor/ and concurrently/ the director general of
this years Town Fiesta,/ Mr. Ireneo V. Mingming,/ heads and
employees of the different local and government offices here present, /
parents, / visitors and friends, / ladies and gentlemen, / a blessed 4

With great pride and honor, / I am here to introduce to you /
the man of the hour / whom we chose to be / the guest of honor and
speaker for todays occasion.// He belonged to the prestigious family of
politicians / in the Province of Isabela.// He was born / on October 21,
1979.// With his enthusiasm for Educational strengthening, // he enrolled
and finished his grade school in 1994, / his secondary education in 1998,
/ and his tertiary education with the degree of / Bachelor of Science in
Legal Management in 2002 / all in Ateneo de Manila University.// He
continued his studies / and in the year 2009, / he concluded his
intellectual advancement / with the degree of Jurist Doctor (JD) in the
College of Law,/ University of the Philippines.//
During his years of going to school and after his schooling, //
he was already trained to hold offices and responsibilities / in the
different extra-curricular activities and organizations / he attended and
belonged.// His employment experiences made me more proud of him /
after noting the different corporations and foundations he managed.//
One of which that struck me most / is being the Chairman and co-
founder of / Duty, Dedication, and Development / for the Community of
San Manuel, Isabela.// This foundation / is an epitome / that our guest of
honor / truly loves us in San Manuel.
Regarding to his employment history from 2001 to present, he
became the Technical assistant to the office of the Presidential Assistant
for Cagayan Valley, Liason to the Chairman of the National Peoples
Coalition(NPC), Teasurer of Cara-Celine Dormtel and Assistant
Corporate Treasurer of Robust Rocks Resources Corp.Malate, Manila,
Stockholder and Board Member and Business Development Officer-
Prime Opportunities Inc. and Manager Yiliube Apartment, Tandang
Sora Quezon, City,
My friends, ladies and gentlemen please join me in welcoming
our guest speaker, the loving husband of Madam Cristina Co Dy and the
cheerful father of Sofia none other than the Member of the Sangguniang
