Introduction

VT310 Anti-Thief is a smart reliable GPS/GSM/GPRS Anti-Thief device which is developed
and designed for your vehicle use. VT310 is suitable for many applications such as vehicle
security, asset and/or fleet management etc.

With the superior sensitivity GPS module on board, the VT310 can easily get fix even under
urban canyon condition. The VT310 GPS Anti-Thief device, the best choice to your location
based requirements.

SET UP

1. Setting VIP number

SETVIP:num1,num2,num3 - send to device number#

Ex: SETVIP: 09991234567,09171234567,09221234567

- Three VIP number can be set.
- Only the VIP number can activate Two-way communication
- To delete VIP number just text command and leave VIP empty (Ex. SETVIP:,,)
- To check VIP number just text command (CHKVIP) to the device.

2. Optional - Setting Access Point Name (APN) for GPRS connection

AS1234APN:APN# - send to device number#

Ex:Globe Postpaid: AS1234APN:internet.globe.com.ph#
Globe Prepaid: AS1234APN:http.globe.com.ph#
SmartBro: AS1234APN:smartbro#
SmartBuddy: AS1234APN:internet#
Sun Postpaid: AS1234APN:fbband#
Sun Prepaid: AS1234APN:minternet#

- Setting APN will allow tracker to connect to web server by GPRS. It allows you to
view live results or review history on our website.

- GPRS is disconnected by default. Once activated telecom operator charges will
apply.

To start GPRS connection to web server

CONNECT - send to device number#

Ex. CONNECT

To stop GPRS connection to web server

DISCONNECT - send to device number#

Ex. DISCONNECT

3. Locating the tracker

LOCATION - send to device number#

Ex: LOCATION

- ID number is the identification number which registers to the main server.

- Google map link allow you to view the location on Google map. This will require an
internet connection on your mobile phone.
- Street and City will be available only if you have GPRS connection.

- If GPS is not fixed for example in the basement, location reply will be the last known
valid position of the vehicle.

4. How to Access the System
Login

Using any web browser with an internet connection, go to http://fms.inav.ph on your
PC, laptop, tablets or http://m.inav.ph on your mobile phone.















Login using your username and password provided on the last page of this user manual.


















Locate your vehicle

Once you have logged in to the system, From the list of vehicles on the left double click
your desired vehicle or select the checkbox beside the selected vehicle and click on the
magnifier icon to locate and monitor its position











Photo Viewing and Capturing

To Capture an image, right click on selected vehicle and select Take Photos, a new screen
will appear to let you select from the given resolutions either 320*240 or 640*480.













Or you could go to Functions tab, under it select Take Photos Now same screen will
appear to let you select from the given image resolution.
























To View your images simply go to Functions tab, under it select Photos View, a new
screen will appear to let you select your desired vehicle and date.






























Simply select your desired date and time and click on the View Photo link to view your photo














Generate Reports

To generate reports, move the mouse cursor to the Data & Report tab. Then click Report System.






Click on the report that you want to view. Set your desired vehicle plate and date then click
show report

To export reports, Click on the export icon and select from the given document formats: Excel, Word
and PDF.

5. SMS Alerts from tracker



Tracker will send the following SMS alerts to your VIP number when the state conditions
are satisfied.

SOS Alert Press the SOS Button for 3 seconds, then tracker will send an SOS
message to all VIP#


Power Lost when device disconnect to the main power supply it will send Power
Alert Lost alert message to all VIP#





6. Immobilize Function



This device is equipped with immobilizer function; this function has the capability to
disable the engine to start by sending a command ENGINE OFF to the tracker number,
engine will disable after the ACC is turned off. To use Relay control feature for engine
cutoff, please consult a professional auto electrical installer. It may void your Vehicle
Warranty.

7. Two Way Conversation






















If VIP number is set:
Use the VIP number to call the trackers SIM number, then tracker will
automatically pick up the call in 3 to 4 rings to enter the two-way conversation.

If VIP number not set:
Any anonymous number that calls the trackers SIM number will not be
entertained to the two-way communication.
