The blessed mantra is Sat naam.

O my eyes may you see only Sat,
ears may you hear only Sat.
Tongue may you chant Sat,

Hands may you serve Sat,
and my deeds be full of Sat.
Mind may you wash the feet of Sat
with loving remembrance.
Then in Truths court you will see Sat.

You reside in the seven chakras of my body.

You are the universe and my innerverse.

Mind is Yours, body is Yours too,
I am Your servant.
You are my Husband, give me Your loving devotional worship (bhagti).
You are my Darling Beloved.
You are the breath and I am the the sound you make.
You are the sun, and I am Your ray.
You are the Light, the Supreme Light.
My Beloved, come and reside in my heart (chakra).
Come and reside in my throat (chakra to sing Your praises and Naam with).
Come and reside in each and every cell.
My Helper, You are always with me and around me.
My Dear Master, my Truth Guru (SatGuru),
my Supreme Lord, my God-Guru,
bless me to remember Your Naam.
Do this for me my Beloved,
come and reside in my heart.
Colour me in Your colour,
dye me in Your love.
Mind is Yours, body is Yours too, I am Your servant.
This body and form, that I think is mine, is ALL YOURS.

May everyone enjoy this:-

My beloved friend,
Your heart is always primordial God;
Your mind is a twisted field.
Only in the realm of Truth,
Will you find that primordial God.
The centre of the Universe
is not the Sun nor selfish mind,
The centre of the Universe
Is the Master's feet dormant in you.
My beloved friend,
Your heart is not only
The Gurdwara of God,
But the Feet of God.
That is the centre of the Universe.
The heart has no gender,
Nor duality, nor hate, nor fear.
So, hurt not a single heart,
For the Lord lives in there.
My beloved friend,
Rise above the five thieves
Into the heart's realm of Truth,
Otherwise drown under them
Into the aches and pains of the soul,
Where the five vices are the vultures,
And the noose of death your prison.
Of religious places, the Earth,
and the entire Universe,
The heart is the centre

Not a scripture, nor a picture
Nor flesh and bone nor a stone.
Only the heart is the home
Of the primordial God your soul.

The Tongue
Baba Ji
With this you sow,
with this you forgive,
with this you tolerate,
with this , if used properly, can create heaven,
with this you create hell.
God has given you a choice.
Look at your body,
the only organ you can control is the tongue.
All sowing is done from the tongue.
All fights in every house are because of the tongue.
Not physical in most cases, just verbal ones.

The mind and body are fighting all the time
the tongue caught in between
keeps the heart burning
- that is a "Manmukh" (self-centred person).

A "Gurmukh" (God-centred person) attaches the tongue to the heart.

The Manmukh points fingers at others,
because their tongue is attached to manmat (selfish thinking).

A Gurmukh is born
when he only points finger inwards.

hum nahee changa bura nahee koee
(I am not good, no one is bad
..Guru Nanak Ji) .

SatGuru Is Always With Me

The SatGuru is always with me when we remember Sat Naam.
The one who surrenders their ego to the Satguru,
that servant is taken care of always and forever.

Meditate on Sat.
Become Sat.
Distribute Sat.
Selflessly serve Sat.
You become absorbed in Truth
when you fix Sat naam into your heart.

Whichever devotee is blessed with the grace of Truth,
inside that devotee Amrit resides
and they become SatNaam's form of Truth
and are known as the Truth SatGuru.

So jan trishna agan bhujataa

Whichever devotee is granted the support of His grace
that devotee defeats and kills Maya,
that devotee quells the fire of desire,
takes control over their five demons
and becomes the blessed, blessed form of Truth.

Whichever devotee He causes to follow His Hukam
surrenders their body, mind and wealth,
that devotee receives the GurParsaad (Eternal Blessings),
that devotee does spiritual labouring upon the Perfect One.

upon that devotee he bestows His Supreme Power
and makes that devotee into the form of Truth and the place of Truth - Sach Khand
(realm of Truth where Formless God resides),
the giver of the Eternal blessings (GurParsaad of Naam).

The Guru is my father, the Guru is my mother

the Guru is my friend, the Guru is my guide

the Guru is my breath, the Guru is my soul

without my Guru, I cannot exist.

This servant is again and again a sacrifice to the Guru.


The Guru is the giver of peace, happiness and joy,
without the Guru I am forever in darkness.


Oh my mind, why do you claim to know anything?
All belongs to the Guru,
all victory goes to the Guru alone.
One that understands this,
The Guru himself comes and pulls him out of corruption.

The Guru is forever merciful,
the Guru is forever compassionate,
I forever the wash the feet of my Guru.

The Guru has taken care of everything,
my anxiety is diminished,
Guru has become merciful to this poor one.

One that does not take any credit
for the Gurus work,
and gives all credit to the Guru alone,
Guru himself comes
and resides in such a heart.


Jap man satnaam sada satnaam,
with each and every breath,
keep God in consciousness,
GOD saves his servants.

This servant now tells the entire world,
that my Guru is complete
and he is my Guru NOW

If all is god, how can anyone be high or low?

If all is god, oh my mind, what are you?
You are just a smoke,
continue to sing the praises
of the lord of the universe
with each and every breath.

If all is God, what is yours or mine?
All belongs to GOD and all shall be in the service of God.

If all is God, why do you love one but not the other?

If all is God, then oh my mind, why dont you live for all?

If all is God, then why do you discriminate?

If all is God, oh my mind, then why dont you look upon
slanderer and friend, as one and the same?

If all is God, then what is the difference between me and a rat?

If all is God, oh my mind, then what is this selfish pride?
Oh lord come and burn me alive!

What good are the hands, which are not in the service of the Truth?

What good is your toungue, if it doesnt chant the praises of the lord of the universe,

What good are your legs, if they do not run to do others?

What good is this fruitful body if the feet of the lord doesnt come to reside?

What good is your foolish selfish pride if it cant cure the disease of others?

Everything is false, except the name of the lord of the universe.

What good are my eyes, if it doesnt see All-prevading Lord everywhere?

What good is the mind, if it has forgotten the name of the lord of the universe

What good is your knowledge, if you cant use it to get out of the illusion?

What good are your words, if they cant help others?

In this dark age of kali yuga, only the true Guru is going to support you.

Oh Lord of the world, feel pity on this this little child of yours

and the thirst of his blessed vision,


Fruitful is the birth of those
who give up their worldly desires
and join the company of holy.


Within my weakness
was my biggest strength,

Without you, there is no peace, O Lord.

Time and time again I have realised this:
That without your name my mind does not find peace.


Chasing desire after desires, there is no contentment

Drugs, women, all the power in the world, there is no peace or joy in this

Falling at the gurus feet again,
my mind has found peace
and it has become fixed
at the feet of his true husband,
I shall never leave the guru again.


Infinite blessings, infinite joy, infinite peace
is at the door of the Guru,
how rare are those who earn the words of the Guru.


The ones that surrender to the Satguru
find peace within.
Searching in vain for happiness
in this physical world stops,
the Sikh of the Guru finds contentment,
all the treasures are in the Lords name alone:

Joy and Sorrow

Your joy is your sorrow unmasked.

And the self-same well from which your laughter rises
was often times filled with your tears.

And how else can it be?

The deeper that sorrow carves into your being,
the more joy you can contain.

Is not the cup that holds your wine
the same cup that was burned in the potter's oven?

And is not the lute that soothes your spirit,
the same wood that was hollowed with knives?

When you are joyous, look deep into your heart
and you shall find it is only that
which has given you sorrow
that is giving you joy.

When you are sorrowful
look again in your heart,
and you shall see that in Truth
you are weeping for that
which has been your delight.

they are inseparable.

remember that the other
is asleep upon your bed.

Verily you are suspended

When the treasure-keeper lifts you
to weigh his gold and his silver,

Father, I am nothing but a temple,
A temple full of dust, dirt and damp darkness.
A temple that others want to knock down,
A temple that stinks of rot.

Yet hidden away in one room is a light that shines
A light that is the real me.
A light that is full sat

Yet hidden it is far away.

In this temple are five others
they dance with me , push me, kick me,
laugh at me, pinch me, flatter me, love me.
cry with me, but they really are not me.
