Many high performers do not stay with the same company because they are
unhappy with their financal package . Do you agree or disagree.

If you are a manager of a multinational company, how do you keep high
perfomers stay with your own company? That is big question for most leaders. Thus,
many high perfomers do not work in the same company because they are unhappy with
their financal package. To everyone, career and family are both equally important. In my
own opinion, I quite agree with the statement above. If your material life is not
satisfactory because of low salary, then you are not considered to be successful.
A question suddenlly comes into my mind: Why do employees have to change
their place of work while having a high position in the present company during their
working life?
First, they try best to finish their given proposals, but it is unfair to them to be paid
with the same salary as other employees. Furthermore, there is no extra encouraging
bonus for the outstanding completion of the work to motivate them. I think that is
unreasonable. That is one reason why companies may lose their high performers.
Second, they can not concentrate on their job well if they have to worry too much
about money for themselves and even for their family. They play the role of parents of
young children and always wish to supply them with the best conditions. Children are all
for them. Therefore, they have to move to a higher place where they can earn a lot of
money.
Finally, everyone wants to be success in career. Especially, their achivements are
honored by other people. Although they love the working conditions of their present
company, salary is one of the first important factors to affect their attitudes and working
productivity. If they are very disappointed about the unsatisfactory salary, they tend to
find another better company.
To sum up, we are now living in a market economy where people compete with
each other in terms of money. The sum of money you earn per month can indicate
whether you are successful in the eyes of other people or not. Generally, there are three
main reasons for me to agree that many high performers do not stay with the same
company because they are unhappy with their financial package.

Nowadays, well-qualified employees play an essential role in a companys achievements.
Many big companies or organizations are trying to offer them many benefits in order to
make them involved in companys operations. There are many reasons that encourage
them to stay at the same company. Among those ones, financial package is one of the
most important factors, but there are others that they are also concerned with such as
empowerment, internal company training, and relationships with co-workers.


First, empowerment is very necessary to high achievers. Most of employees
expect to be promoted into a higher position once they have good performances. As a
result, they might get more authorities and strengths. I remember once my mothers
friend, who is a very excellent worker of Prudential company, shared with me her
experience that authoritative people are capable of controlling others in a company.
Therefore, the majority of high performers tends to perceive their values and desire to be
empowered

Internal company training is also appreciated because it is good for high
performers to advance and refine their abilities. This way, they can efficiently contribute
to the companys profitability and make it grow faster. In fact, they will put more efforts
into his work if they are well-trained and confident. My mother used to tell me about her
experience on works. She was initially an average employee working at a medical
company, but she gradually worked really hard and became a high performer then.
However, she was still lack of some skills which are likely significant. After 3 months
internal training, she worked more efficiently and effectively and meet those
requirements.


It is fairly true that financial package makes an impact on human being and may
help them improve their living standards. Some high performers might argue that because
of their family, they tend to pay more attention to salary than other factors. However,
money isnt always a determinant in our lives. Instead, employees should have a

tendency to build up relationship with boss and colleagues. Since they may assist you in
personal works, you will find it easy and strive for the aim of your company.
Furthermore, it is crucial that unity of a company is highly appreciated to contribute into
companys working efficiency. As a result, the more profits the company earns , the
higher amount of money the employees may get. Hence, they should care much more
about the existence of a relationship between colleagues for a better outcome of an
organization
I believe that well-qualified employees should be more aware of other effects
instead of only financial package. If high performers are merely interested in salary, it
can cause them to be greedy for money. They not only dont get along well with other
people in any companies, but also are able to lose their jobs. In sum, the company should
carry out more plans to encourage them remain with the company and their jobs

After finishing at the university. To folow you, which the companies would you prefer to
work for? Where you can prove your qualifications with areas of expertise or you ll
chose any company that has a good aspect with suit standards. When you introduce about
the present company where you work. You are happy and proud of it or only smile. In
my own opinion, work appearance is really important but performers have also equally
important. I think, the best company to work for which have both appearance and
performers.
First, youll work well where you can receive to organization the best conditions
possibles. Form of working is professional manner, everyone works with dynamic and
exciting environment. Nobody does not want to have workplace.
Second, if you work there, you can save quite your time, you do not need to
explain so much about where you work. You are proud of mission that you take over
there. People dont know exactly all works that you do but your company is all they
know. A famous company has known by people with lable for along time, so your career
has a great value in sociality. That is all where not only I like but also everyone.
Finally, you want to have a opportunity for promotion, have bonus for good
attendance or a lot of different beneifts to organization. All of them talking about good
environment, success of people.
Sumarry, three reasons that I give above, again I want to express workplace is
really important with emloyees. Benefits

People dont change during much their working lives. Do you agree or disagree.
General, everyone has to do so much in their working life. A large employees,
they think should change their workplaces. Because, each of company has furture private
to motivate development of working. Beside, other people think that they should not
change too many companies in the same time. To acquainted with new environment, their
boss and members of company. In my own opinion, everyone takes over different roles in
the company. In their working life, they are not too many times to change their location
from one place to another. So, I quite agree the statement above.
First of all, each of people only have about 40 to man and 30 to woman to work.
Its not too long to anyone has achievement in the presents company. Especially,
traditional of Vietnamese, if they fell the famiar work, pleasants and openness between
employees. They try their best to prove their qualifications.
Second, when you have just gone work, you are not acquainted with new
environment of working. First time, you try their best to finish your duty and you are
horroded by everyone. During the probationary test, you have many presure to overcome.
So, to make a move to another company can a mistake. When you take over a high
position at the present company but you move. And everything will starts again.
Finally, the company where you do the first time, maybe that is the best choice.
Such as suit your circumstances, distance to from your home to company is nearer than.
Futhermore they can pick child of them up on time.
To sum up, which of reasons that I give above, I believe each of individual also
think about where or not change their working lives is good to them. Once time, we
should give the right decision where we will work for along time no change workplaces.

Do you think its best to work for as few companies as possible?

Folow you, with a country in stage of development where or not change large businesses
are becoming to small, family- owned businesses is good. Having many opposite ideas.
But in my own opinion, in Vietnam, we should encourage both kind of businesses above,
especial the key economic and it is developing.
First of all, anyone, they want to become richer and have a high position in sociality. A
person was successful in business whom was known by others. They always prove their
qualification in all things which they possible. I believe that with labour resources is

experient so much, dynamic and always dedicated with work. A day is no far,Viet Nam, a
industrial country developt.
Second, if the member of society is still poor, maybe the bad thing will happens that
country will not developt and not be compared with the few countries in the world. Of
course, will not too bad to improve the present of country status. The small, family-
owned business opens more and more. Beside large businesses should be care especialy.
Because to assess the face of the country, large businesses is necessary. So market
economic become dynamic, vibrant more. Everyone give creative ideals, process of
industrialization and modernization of the country is finished earlier.
To sum up, with two reasons that I give above, I hope that it make change opinion of
leader. Combination between large businesses and small, family-owned businesses is key
element to success. That is good choice to the present of country.



Everybody should retire at 55. What is your opinion?
- Everybody should retire at 55? I think so unreasonable because under current law,
the women retire at age 55, male at 60 age. But with the advancement of science
and technology and medicine have made people more health to work. Today there
are a number of comments increase retirement age for both men and women but
still many difficulties.

- Survey results showed that 81.5% are workers age raising disagree Women
workers, which should retain the provisions of Labor's retirement at the age of 55
as at present. A survey showed that most female officers intellectual, scientific
work demands and desires to continue to devote additional five years, because at
the age of 55, health and experience has allowedthey can work well. However, the

- And the second thing, With men they usually pillars family they must make
money to cover family life. And seems to work well is the passion and maybe their
lives. So men at 60 age still as motivated effort to work. For example normal
people who own the company they work until the end of the ability. The work will
help them sighted, and more flexible. Usually the business people so they often
prefer not to receive retirement payments from the children as well as social. But
for the workers is their health does not allow. According to the survey, the age of

physiological Center. So at the age of 60 they need to rest as well as payments to
retire to cover everyday life.

So for tolerance to two comments we should increase the retirement age to women
increased from 55 to 60, men they still remain. To facilitate the work can be devoted to
the society. But through it also emphasizes workers. need to add the policy can not retire
earlier than 5 years without exception percent, increase in pension and benefits policy for
retired employees.
