will compensate a fixed rate. Compensation paid on nights when the
hotel is less than 95% is referred to COMP B. Each hotel’s fixed COMP B
rate is based on the hotel’s 2014 full-year final budgeted ADR and will be
effective for the entirety of the year. COMP B fixed rates are intended to
