Hello sir/mam.

Firstly I would like to thank you for giving me opportunity to introduce my self.

My name is Bhushan Rameshrao Jichkar.

I have completed my graduation in Computer Engineering from Imperial College of Engineering,
Pune University.

Diploma
In last few months I completed OCJP and SQL Expert certification from Oracle Corporation.

My father is farmer and owner of NGO and mother is homemaker.

I have one younger sister. She is doing BSc in Agriculture.

My strength are,
I am confident on my own.
I like to be punctual.

I have ability to work on any environment. And I can learn the job as quickly as possible.

I can co-ordinate well in team. And always eagerly to learn new things.

Some of qualities I am gifted with are leadership and teamwork.
I represent computer engineering department in our colleges first National Event.

My short time goal to get a job in reputed company like yours.

My long time goal is to retire as an important asset from same company in which I start my

My role model is Swami Vivekanand. He was a monk in 19

century. I like his way of living and
vision to look toward other people. I also like to listen inspirational videos of Robin Sharma.

My strength is that I have a positive attitude toward life.

I never comfortable feel until finish my work.

Its my strong desire to start my career in a reputed firm like yours, while gathering various

fresher I need a platform to implement my knowledge and skills. If you give this opportunity I will
work for this organisation development as well as my self-growth so that we both use our

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
Hard work means do the work in horizontal manner and reach at destiny after passing all the
routes, While smart work is to reach at destiny by using shortcut and reach at destiny, and save
the time.

Example:

Hard work : go to market again and again for each item.

Smart work : make a list of item and then go market once to buy the items.


What motivates you to do good job?
Firstly, the hard work and sacrifices made by my family motivates me.

Secondly, Zeal to improve and apply my knowledge motivates me.

Thirdly, the passion that I carry for this job motivates me.

Fourthly, our elders good sayings motivates me.

Ultimately Self satisfaction motivates me.

What are your career options right now?
I would like to prefer those jobs which are target based and growth oriented so that I can be in a
challenging position to show myself and also to create my own identity for development for career
as well as growth of origination.

How much salary do you expect?
Being a fresher my primary aim is to enhance skills and knowledge. So I am comfortable with what
the company offers for this position of the job.
Being a fresher, I don't expect too much. But It should be something that must be parallel to my
work and should be best in the industry for the same position.
