LOAN AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 19

th
day of March, 2014 between JUANITO M.
ORIGINES JR. (LENDER) of Calceta Street, Tagbilaran City, and NOVA MAE D. VIODOR
(BORROWER) of Baguhan, Inabanga, Bohol.
WHEREAS, the Borrower wishes to borrow from the Lender, and the Lender wishes to lend to the
Borrower up to the sum of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 11,500.00).
WHEREAS, the Borrower and the Lender wish to memorialize the terms of such loan and to set forth
their mutual understanding with respect to how the repayment of such amounts shall be accomplished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby set forth their understanding as follows:
1. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Lender shall lend to the
Borrower and the Borrower shall borrow from the Lender up to the sum of Eleven Thousand
Five Hundred Pesos (P 11,500.00).
2. That the amount borrowed will be subjected to a 1% per month interest depending on the duration
of the loan.
3. The loan shall be payable within 12 months from the commencement of the loan and shall be set
every 30
th
day of the month.
4. That the Borrower shall pay their monthly due amounting to P 1,074.00 starting from March
2014 up to February 2015.
5. The Borrower promise to pay P 1,110.00 as their monthly due plus late payment penalty for each
installment that remains unpaid for more than 10 days after its due date.
6. The Borrower reserves the right to prepay this loan prior to the due date with no prepayment
penalty.
This AGREEMENT shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Borrower and the Lender.

LOAN AGREEMENT

(BORROWER) of Calceta Street, Tagbilaran City.
WHEREAS, the Borrower wishes to borrow from the Lender, and the Lender wishes to lend to the
Borrower up to the sum of Six Thousand Pesos (P 6,000.00).
WHEREAS, the Borrower and the Lender wish to memorialize the terms of such loan and to set forth
their mutual understanding with respect to how the repayment of such amounts shall be accomplished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby set forth their understanding as follows:
1. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Lender shall lend to the
Borrower and the Borrower shall borrow from the Lender up to the sum of Six Thousand Pesos
(P 6,000.00).
2. That the amount borrowed will be subjected to a 1% per month interest depending on the duration
of the loan.
3. The loan shall be payable within 12 months from the commencement of the loan and shall be set
every 30

4. That the Borrower shall pay their monthly due amounting to P 560.00 starting from April 2014
up to March 2015.
5. The Borrower promise to pay P 580.00 as their monthly due plus late payment penalty for each
installment that remains unpaid for more than 10 days after its due date.
6. The Borrower reserves the right to prepay this loan prior to the due date with no prepayment
penalty.
This AGREEMENT shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Borrower and the Lender.

WHEREAS, the Borrower and the Lender wish to memorialize the terms of such loan and to set forth
their mutual understanding with respect to how the repayment of such amounts shall be accomplished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby set forth their understanding as follows:
1. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Lender shall lend to the
Borrower and the Borrower shall borrow from the Lender up to the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Five Hundred Pesos (P 13,500.00).
2. That the amount borrowed will be subjected to a 1% per month interest depending on the duration
of the loan.
3. The loan shall be payable within 18 months from the commencement of the loan and shall be set

4. That the Borrower shall pay their monthly due amounting to P 885.00 starting from April 2014
up to September 2015.
5. The Borrower promise to pay P 915.00 as their monthly due plus late payment penalty for each
installment that remains unpaid for more than 10 days after its due date.
6. The Borrower reserves the right to prepay this loan prior to the due date with no prepayment
penalty.

Borrower up to the sum of Sixty Thousand Pesos (P 60,000.00).
WHEREAS, the Borrower and the Lender wish to memorialize the terms of such loan and to set forth
their mutual understanding with respect to how the repayment of such amounts shall be accomplished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby set forth their understanding as follows:
1. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Lender shall lend to the
Borrower and the Borrower shall borrow from the Lender up to the sum of Sixty Thousand
Pesos (P 60,000.00).
2. The loan shall be payable within 34 months from the commencement of the loan and shall be set
every 30

day of the month.
3. That the Borrower shall pay their monthly due amounting to P 2,900.00 starting from March
2014 up to February 2017.
4. The Borrower promise to pay P 3,000.00 as their monthly due plus late payment penalty for each
installment that remains unpaid for more than 10 days after its due date.
5. The Borrower reserves the right to prepay this loan prior to the due date with no prepayment
penalty.
This AGREEMENT shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Borrower and the Lender.
