Constitutional Club sharp at 01.00 pm. Organized by the spoke person of His Holiness Jagatguru
Shankarcharya Shri. Sawarupanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj on Issues mentioned below:
1. Our legal actions and future plan on the issue of Sai Baba Controversy( Muslim fakir).
2. A Dharm Sansad is Called at 24-25 August 2014 at Kawerdha ,Raipur, Chhattisgarh to debate
(Shastarth as per Hindu Shastras) and decide whether the Pooja of Sai Baba is authentic as
per Sanatan Dharma or harmful to society destroying the Sanatan Culture and Rituals?
3. It is demanded by all the Hindus not to show Our His Holiness Jagadguru Shankaracharya Ji
Maharaj on Equal Status on Aasan with Sai Baba as it gives a lot of pain to Heart of Hindu
Sanatan Dharmi when they see through electronic media channel that their His Holiness is
being shown on equall status in Asaan with Sai Baba.
4. A book will be introduced with the title Sai ka Sach in that Dharm Sansad.
5. Role of Swami Agnivesh in Recent Baltal Issue ( violence with Hindu Pilgrims in Balatal)
6. The role of Swami Hath Yogi in Akhara Parishad? Purpose and motive to Visit Shirdi?
7. Action for the Cancellation of lease of land which temple took on the name of Krishna
Mandir but placed statue of Sai Baba.
8. Where Sai Baba Mandir is not covered in Charitable and Hindu Religious institution and
endowments act then how THE STATUE of Sai Baba can be planted and kept in Hindu
Temples based on Sanatan Vedic Parampara?

9. WHETHER land allotted on the name of Sanatan Mandir can be used for keeping a Statue of
Sai Baba which is not covered in Hindu laws?
10. Where it will be a tact to avoid Hindu laws and save or misusage the donation on the
name of Sai Baba Statue? Also opportunity to do black money into white money?
11. Where this is the trick used by Temple Management Committee to avoid the implication of
Hindu Laws and not cover in charitable and Hindu Religious institution and endowments act
