The client was utilizing Tally systems prior to using Oracle EBS R12 systems. The
biggest challenge was to train the end users as they had no knowledge on the
Oracle EBS and had to be made comfortable with the new Oracle EBS systems.
Clover had to gain the confidence of client by proper user training and
ensuring smooth change management. The business processes also had to be
set-up as per the existing system configurations.
Post Implementation Challenges:
No handover received from the prior vendor and stabilizing the

Proper documentation creation like (MD.050 Functional Design
Document) at the time when requirement were frozen, (MD.070
