Fermenting with Flavor

All things Pickled: Basic Vegetable Fermentation 101. Learn the ins and
outs of pickling with basic vegetable fermentation not only how it diers
from vinegar pickling, but also how it can be part of a healthy diet. Tis is
a great way to eat fresh summer veggies. Explore both brining and krauting
techniques, as well as special tips for creating foods with maximum quality,
texture and avor. Take home recipes to replicate in your own kitchen.

Dexter to bring you delicious produce November
2014 through April 2015. Produce pickup will
take place Tuesday afternoon. Cost: $700 for 22
pickup dates ($32 per pickup) or you can share
with a partner family at $350 for 11 pickup
