job (Kalsoft) because I want to work on real world technologies and test out my own ideas.

DevNext operation was acquired by Nuvica Inc for a year and I was made the Chief
Executive Officer of Pakistan branch. During my period with Nuvica, I hired the best talent
and proved myself to be a good developer, designer, tester as well as a good manager. In
my 12 month tenure with the company Nuvica Pakistan got recognized in many local
magazines and news channels. One of our biggest achievements was getting the award of
Best in Innovative work environment 2008 during P@SHA ICT Awards beating all the local
companies.

It was a two people startup that focuses on job market. Our idea of video based job portal
was highly appreciated by the industry and later on we sold out Mulazamat to a foreign
company for Rs 2.5M. Mulazamat acquisition made us one of the youngest proven
