Answers
Yes, all Consortium members and external experts would be
required to submit letter of association/Memorandum for
Understanding with the lead Consortium member. Though it is
not necessary to submit the same if the other consortium
partners agree to it.
Regarding Games, OC will provide the space for storage but,
for QBR LSP has to arrange as OC will provide them whole
lot of cargo to be sent to various destinations. These
destinations may require storage.
It cannot be optional since the LSP will be the official Freight
Forwarder, hence it will have to provide the required service
to the other customer groups who require it.
LCC is a joint team of both LSP and Organising Committee,
operating from the same premises.
In case of consortium, consolidated turn-over will be
considered.
It is the responsibility/accountability of LSP for any
damage/theft/loss of material/equipment during the transit
from one location to another. It is left to the wisdom of the
LSP how to insure itself, however OC will seek damages from
the LSP if such incidents occur.

There are specific guidelines provided for use of Logo and
other copyright products of the CWG. This will be part of the
contract with the LSP.
The payments for the services to the other parties (CGA's,
CGF and Host Broadcasters) will be strictly between the other
parties and LSP. This will have no impact on the Bid since the
same will be submitted latter for approval to the OC by the
selected LSP.
Sponsorship will help OC to offset the expenses which it
would be incurring in organising the Games. More the
sponsorship offer, lesser will be the outflow from the OC

Kind and VIC is Value in cash, the same will be reduced from
the overall bid amount of the LSP.
Organising Committee would require the Vehicles and MHE's
for the whole period of contract. Once the LSP is on board the
MHEs provided by LSP belongs to OC till the Contract ends.
The specification is that the vehicles used inside the venues
should be CNG/Battery operated. All vehicles should be
containerized and have their PUC certification.

Most of the material for QBR is for distribution i.e. collaterals,
Uniforms and Banners, templates etc. So there would be very
minimal possibilities to get the goods back. Maybe certain
items would be required to be returned on the International
Leg of the QBR like Mascot Uniforms, etc.
The approx. requirement of vehicle is 48 whereas there is a
provision to increase the scope by 25%. The break up for
calculation purposes could be considered as under :

All the goods retrieved from all the venues including LCC,
should be delivered to Reverse logistics warehouse, no LSP
is not required to deliver material from Reverse logistics

Even if the scope of CHA activities is only 5-10% for the OC,
there are other customer groups who’s CHA requirement is
100%, hence it is mandatory for the bidder to have both.

Racks will be fitted in the MLC at Pragati Maidan, Forklifts,
etc. will have to be provided by the LSP.
