[NAM 1 NMSID] type 00000 followed by your phone number with
prefix 202 in place of 240 (for example 000002022198) and press
OK
[NAM 1 True MCC 000] press OK
[NAM 1 True NMSIDCDMA directory] type 00000 followed by your
phone number with prefix 202 in place of 240 (for example
000002020198) and press OK
[ Home SID/NID = 2222/15 ] press EDIT and change SID to 14511
NAM1 CDMA primary CHA 254] press OK
NAM1 CDMA primary CHA 213] press OK
NAM1 CDMA primary CHA 384] press OK
NAM1 CDMA primary CHA 777] press OK
[NAM1 Home SID 2222] ENTER 14511 press OK
[NAM 1

HOME NID 15] press OK

Press OK repeatedly Until exits Service Programming is displayed

 After this Screen goes blank and turns ON automatically.

ENTER 13 & PUT 00015 as NID and press using volume key and
press store
press clear key 2-3 times or put the receiver back

press Menu Key.
Press CLR Key Once
Enter in FULL Set up by Pressing Key 2
Enter in HOME SYS by Pressing 4
Enter SID as 14511 from SID 01 to SID 20 and NID as 15 from
NID01 to NID20 use Menu Key to Save Entered value.
Press CLR Key 3-4 times to End NAM Programming.

The above programming is used by me when I was TTA RLU (2003-2008) and volunteer looking after the WLL
