Please keep this manual in a safe place for reference.

1. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment.
Safe and efficient use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and
precautions.

2. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any physical
or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety, or prevent you from using the
equipment properly. Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart
rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.

3. Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising
if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat,
extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed dizzy or nauseous. If you do experience any of these
conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise program.

4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.

5. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. For safety
space, the equipment should have at least 0.5 meters of free space all around it.

6. Before using the equipment, check the nuts and bolts are securely tightened.

7. The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or
wear and tear.

8. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components whilst assembling or
checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the equipment during use, stop. Do
not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.

9. Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing which may get caught in
the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.

10. The equipment has been tested and certified to EN957 under class H.C. Suitable for domestic, home use
only. Maximum weight of user: 100kg/220lbs. Braking is speed independent.

11. The equipment suitable for therapeutic use.
12. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back. Always use proper
lifting techniques and/or use assistance.
13. All moveable accessories (eg. pedal, handlebar, saddle....etc.) require weekly maintenance. Check them
before use every time. If anything broken or loose, please fix them immediately. You may continue
using bike after they return to good conditions

STEP 1
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (pt.16) to the Main Frame (pt.17) using four M8x20mm Bolts (pt.14) and four Washers
(pt.13). Attach the Front Stabilizer (pt.12) to the Main Frame (pt.17) using four M8x20mm Bolts (pt.14) and four
Washers (pt.13).




STEP 2
Attach the Pedals (pt. 15L & 15R) by screwing
them into the corresponding crank arm (pt. 67L
& 67R).
Note that the Right pedal should be threaded
on clockwise and the Left pedal on
anti-clockwise.

STEP 3
Now fix the Seat (pt.25) to the Horizontal Seat
Post (pt.18), and tighten the bolts around the
screws under the seat.
Insert the Seat Post (pt.18) into the seat post
housing and line up the holes that give the correct
seat height. (This can be done after it has
been assembled.) Secure the seat in position
with the Adjustment Knob (pt.55).

STEP 4
Take the Front Post (pt.7) and connect the Lower
Cable Wire (pt.11) and the Upper Cable Wire (pt.
10) ,
Slide the Front Post (pt.7) into the Front Post
Housing, and then fix with four sets of
M8x16L Fixing Screw (pt.9) and Curved
Washers (pt.8).

STEP 5
Attach the Handlebar (pt.2) to the Front Post (pt.7) using the clamp (pt.26), fix with one Flat Washers (pt.32),
one Spring Washers (pt.31), one Handlebar Fixing Bolt (pt.30) and then fix the Front Salver (pt.27) using two
Fixing Screws M5 x 12mm (pt.6). Screw the Handlebar Locking Knob (pt.28) by one set of Flat Washer (pt.32),
Spring Washer (pt.31) and one Metal Bush (pt. 29),
Plug the upper cable wire (pt.10), and Pulse Sensor Wire (pt.68) into the computer cable box at the back of
computer (pt.1), and slide the computer down to the Computer Bracket situated at the top of the front post (pt.7).
Then fix with four Fixing screws M5x12mm (pt.4). Finally, fit the Rear Salve (pt.5) using two of M5 x 12mm Screws
(pt.6)
NOTE : Please have pulse sensor wire go through front post from the front hole to the rear one.( See
Picture attached No. 68)

Using your ERGOMETER BIKE will provide you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone
muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet help you lose weight.

1.The Warm Up Phase
This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk
of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown below. Each stretch should be
held for approximately 30 seconds, do not force or jerk your muscles into a stretch - if it hurts, STOP.


2. The Exercise Phase
This is the stage where you put the effort in. After regular use, the muscles in your legs will become more flexible.
Work to your own pace but it is very important to maintain a steady tempo throughout. The rate of work should be
sufficient to raise your heart beat into the target zone shown on the graph below.

This stage should last for a minimum of 12 minutes though most people start at about 15-20 minutes.
3. The Cool Down Phase
This stage is to let your Cardio-vascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm up exercise
e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated,
again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch.
As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder. It is advisable to train at least three times a week, and if
possible space your workouts evenly throughout the week.

MUSCLE TONING
To tone muscle while on your MAGNETIC BIKE you will need to have the resistance set quite
high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long
as you would like. If you are also trying to improve your fitness you may need to alter your
training program. You should train as normal during the warm-up and cool-down phases, but
towards the end of the exercise phase you should increase the resistance making your legs
work harder. You will have to reduce your speed to keep your heart rate in the target zone.


WEIGHT LOSS
The important factor here is the amount of effort you put in. The harder and longer you work the
more calories you will burn. This is effectively the same as if you were training to improve your
fitness, the difference being the goal.

SAFETY
1 Make sure all parts are securely fastened before using your cycle - tighten any loose nuts
and bolts.
2 Always consult your physician before engaging in any exercise program.
3 Wear sensible clothing while exercising.
4 Do not let children around the bike whether it is in use or not
5 Do not exercise within 2 hours of eating a large meal, or for one hour before.
6 Exercise should be stopped if any of the following occur: Nausea, Trembling, Extreme
Shortness of Breath, Excessively Fast Heart Rate, A Throbbing Head or Pains in the Chest.
Your physician should be consulted if any of the symptoms of discomfort persist.

Located on the back of the chaincover, there is a DC connection socket, allowing
connection of a 9 volt Output AD adaptor. The product is excluded an adap

1. Computer not working correctly. If your computer is not working correctly, please check
whether the lower Cable wire is connected to the upper Cable wire, and make sure the
upper Cable wire is connected to the computer. (SEE STEP 4 & STEP 5) If you have
checked the above and the computer is still not working, then please make sure the
batteries are installed correctly in the computer and that they are still working.

Monitor manual instruction
1. To operate the monitor
To have power supply connected to the monitor.






A-1. You may select different training mode by pressing the MODE button directly. There are
MANUAL, PROGRAM, USER, TARGET H.R., and WATT CONSTANT mode for training
selection. (a1). Or, you may press ST/STOP to start training directly. The direct training
mode is MANUAL. All function data start counting up from zero. (a2)
A-2. During training, you may adjust resistance by pressing UP, and DOWN buttons. (a3)

E. Training in TARGET H.R. mode - press TARGET H.R button. The monitor will first display
initial set AGE 20(e1) and a MALE symbol. You may input your Age and Sex by pressing UP,
DOWN, and MODE buttons. Then, select the Target H.R. percentage by pressing UP, DOWN
and MODE buttons. (The initial set H.R. percentage is 55% (e2), there are also 75%, 90%
and personal input Target Heart Rate figures for setting.)

E-1 You may press ST/STOP button to start training directly (e3). Or, you may set each
function data target by pressing UP, DOWN, and MODE buttons. The functions preset
available is: Time, Distance, and Calories in TARGET H.R. mode. (e4)

E-2 After all setting is done, press ST/STOP button to start training. You will see each preset
function data counts down from target as soon as training starts (e5). Once you are
training in TARGET H.R. mode, the training resistance will be auto-adjusted depends on
your current heartbeat. If your heart beat is very high compare to the preset target, the
training resistance will decrease immediately one level, and keep decreasing one level
per 15 seconds by monitoring your current heart beat change.
Once the training resistance is low down to level one but your heart beat is still high, the
monitor will stop all functions automatically as a protect action. If your heartbeat is very
low compare to the preset target, the training resistance will increase one level per 30
seconds till level 16. You could not adjust training resistance by yourself when you are
training in Target H.R. mode.
E-3 Once each function target data is achieved (counts down to zero), the monitor will stop
(P appears on the left- upper corner) all functions and beep for 8 times to remind

E-4 You may press ST/STOP button to start training again. The function which has achieved
to zero will start from previous set data counting down, and other set function data will
keep counting up or down from previous records.

F. To test BODY FAT - press BODY FAT button.
F-1 The monitor will display initial U1 as an personal code(g1). There are 9 personal codes
(U1-U9) for different personal

datas store and test. You may turn the UP/DOWN button, and press MODE to set your own
personal code, and personal data : Sex(f2), Age(f3), Height(f4), and Weight(f5).

F-2 After all personal data have been input, hold both hands on grip sensors immediately.
The monitor starts detecting body fat through sensors, and during measurement, the
monitor will have ------ flashing symbol display for 8 seconds. (f6)
F-3 After testing period is finished, the monitor will show the FAT percentage(f7),
B.M.I.figure(f8), and the FAT advice symbol(f9) in sequency. Please refer the FAT
percentage to the table reference as below:

F-4 During test, if you did not hold on handgrip sensors properly, the monitor will show -----

G. Training in WATT CONSTANT mode - press WATT CONSTANT button. (g1)

G-1 You may input target watts by pressing UP, DOWN, and MODE buttons. Then, you may
press ST/STOP to start training immediately without further setting. (g2)

speed. You could not adjust training resistance by yourself when training in WATT
CONSTANT mode.

2. Button Functions
ST/STOP To start or stop training.
RECOVERY To act heart rate recovery function.
MODE To enter functions or data input.
DOWN To make backward adjustment to each function data or decrease training
resistance or select personal data setting.
UP To make upward adjustment to each function data or increase training
resistance or select personal data setting.
MANUAL To start in MANUAL training mode.
PROGRAM To start in PROGRAM training mode. There are 12 profiles for training.
USER To start in USER training mode.
TARGET To start in Target Heart Rate training mode. There are 55%, 75%, 90% and
personal target for selection.
WATT CONSTANT To start in WATT CONSTANT training mode.
BODY FAT To enter BODY FAT testing mode.


3. Functions
ROOM TEMPERATURE The monitor will display current room temperature after the
monitor functions are all off in around 4 minutes when you stop
training and not pressing any button.
SCAN When you start training, RPM and SPEED will scan display to each other
on the lower field.
SPEED Displays current training SPEED from 0.0 to maximum 99.9 km or ml.
RPM Displays current training rotation per minute.
TIME Count up - No preset target, Time will count up from 00:00 to maximum
99:59 with each increment 1 second.
Count down - If training with preset Time, Time will count down from preset
to 00:00.Each preset increment or decrement is 1 minute between 1:00 to
99:00.
DISTANCE Count up - No preset target, Distance will count up from 0.00 to maximum
99.90 with each increment 0.1 KM (or ML).
Count down - If training with preset target, Distance will count down from
preset to 0.00. Each preset increment or decrement is 0.1 KM (or ML)
between 0.00 to 99.90.
WATT To display current watts during training.
Constant - If training with preset target, Watt will maintain the preset data to
control the training resistance. Each preset increment or decrement is 5
between 40 to 350.
CALORIES Count up - No preset target, Calories will count up from 0 to maximum 999
with each 1 cal increment.
Count down - If training with preset target, Calories will count down from
preset to 0. Each preset increment or decrement is 10 cal.

PULSE To display your current heart beat figures as soon as the pulse sensor has
been touched. The monitor will detect your heartbeat through handgrip
sensors once you hold on both hands. Once you have preset target pulse
when training in Manual, Program, User and Watt Constant mode, the
monitor starts to beep when your current heartbeat is achieved to the
preset target. You may also select Target Heart Rate training mode for
training. Please refer above "Training in Target Heart Rate " mode. To
ensure the heart rate readout is stable, please hold both hands on the
handgrip sensors during training.



4. NOTE
1. The monitor will shut off automatically if you stop training or buttons operationg for 4 - 5
minutes. All training data will be kept and appear when you press any button again.
2. The monitor may be power on with 4 batteries.(C size, 1.5V).
