15. In conclusion, what would be your own personal take on the
relevance of one's school to his/her employability and competence in
the workforce? Does it really matter?
It matters because when we sift through the job application forms and
resume, we also see what is in front of us. We only talk to the top 10 percent
before we move to the next 10. !ften times, the top 10 would come from
