TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

INSTAGRAM REPOST & WIN PROMOTION 2014

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Philippine residents who are 'FOLLOWING' the official
@daily_healthyliving Instagram account
3. The repost/regram must include the #dailyhealthyliving hashtag and tag @daily_healthyliving
during the time of the promotion or earlier
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who
tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry.
5. Multiple entries per person a day are permitted.
6. Promotion will start Monday August 4, 2014 at 9.00pm and will run until the
@daily_healthyliving reaches 2,000 followers on Instagram.
7. The draw will be randomly selected.
8. To enter, participants must follow or must be following the @daily_healthyliving Instagram
account and submit their entry by reposting the image above to their Instagram account and must
hashtag #dailyhealthyliving ang tag @daily_healthyliving.
9. Participants must not change or tamper any part of the photo used in the promotion and must not
delete it while the promotion contest is ongoing.
1. 10.There will be two (2) winners who will each receive one (1) Glutafit and one (1) Premiere
Green Tea.
10. The winners will be posted in @daily_healthyliving instagram account.
11. The prizes will be sent to the winner at the delivery address they will provide. No delivery charge
will be applied.
12. The prizes must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for
Cash or for other items.
13. Any costs associated with accessing the @daily_healthyliving on Instagram is the participants
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including
but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or
sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for
any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. During a fortuitous event, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the promotion.
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any product that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or
tampered with in any way.
17. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not
at the time of transmission by the participant.
18. The Promoter may collect the participant's personal information in order to conduct the
promotion.
19. The participant must only use a real instagram account will real followers.
20. The promoter can use the winner's name and image in the event of promoting the contest for an
unlimited period of time without the need to give more than the prize intended to be given.
