Argentina

In Orang, Dada Ramashryananda gave a T.V. and Radio

interview. He also gave a lecture at the university there
and met with the local margiis.
In Buenos Aires Dada gave several lectures and
seminars. 10 people attended.
Dada gave another lecture in Rosario. and in Quilmes
he gave one mass initiation.

Brasil

São Paulo – Dada Jinanendra organized a Prabhat

Samgiit concert. 40 persons attended this program.
He had given three lectures on neo-humanistic education
to the staff of our school in Guarapiranga (35 people
attended) and collective meditation was started there.
Paranaguá – Dada Jinanendra is managing a new Jagriti,
a máster unit and a new Neo-Humanist school. He has 3
good teachers, who are running the school. He plans to
expand the school soon. Dada gave a lecture of the neo-
humanistic education system to 7 school employees.
To one of his lectures, 12 university students came.

Dada started a granola, bread and biscuit production with

the partnership of a local bakery.

Brasília – Ceilandia Jagriti was renovated by Dada

Haripranananda with the help of local BP. They are
planning to open a bakery and to have yoga classes there
soon.

Once every week several lectures are held at the

Ananda Marga Cultural Center Terra Viva. Dada
Pranadiiptananda continues giving his Yoga teacher
training-, and Yoga Therapy courses. He recently
started giving lectures in different yoga centers of
Brasilia .

With the great effort of the publication committee 19

books are now published into Portuguese language.

Rio de Janeiro:
In Araruama a vegetarian dinner was organized by the
local unit, 120 people attended. Dada Siddheshvarananda
gave a lecture on meditation after the event that
concluded with a collective meditation.
Dada |Jitendriya along with the local margiis gave a
Rawa presentation in Araruama, 80 people attended.
In CaboFrio Rawa presentation took place in a famous
public restaurant, more then 100 people attended. In a
local TV channel Rawa presentation was given and Dada
SS gave an introduction to Indian culture and spirituality.
He also gave lectures in several Yoga centers of Rio de
Janeiro region

Porto Alegre – 3 healthy schools are running,

At the Máster Unit, Ananda Dakshina, 2 families are
living and helping Dada to run the Master Unit. A
spiritual program, that was organized there, generated a
R$ 1000.00 profit for the MU.
The Sectorial Retreat in Brazil was held successfully at
the Ananda Kiirtana MU, from the 22nd to 26th of July.
More then 200 Margiis and 20 Acaryas attended the
program.

Bolívia

Sta Cruz – Dada Vishodbhasananda opened a PROUT

office in Sta. Cruz. Dada met with several members of
the Ivo Morales Political party to whom he submitted
an economic plan for Bolivia, based on the principles of
PROUT.
A new Unit was started in Potosi. Regular Dharma Cakra
is held there.

Paraguay

Asuncion – A Yoga camp was organized at the Máster

Unit. 15 people came and one Sadavrata program was
organized.

A Vegetarian Native Food Festival was organized by

Didi and Dadas in Asuncion, A cooperative got started.

At the Máster Unit, an apiculture project was started.

Honey and several other products have been harvested.

During the One Expo 2009 the Kiirtan Baba Nam

Kevalam was introduced along with a Power Point
Presentation. Amongst the many religious organizations
that were participating in this forum, Ananda Marga was
outstanding for its universal ideals.

The Margiis of Paraguay started a samaja activity in

Asuncion.
