BACKGROUND
PMI, Power Management Instruments is a privately owned, technology company and is the sister
company of PMI/OES/KARMET group companies, established by former ASELSAN (R&D Company of
Turkish Armed Forces) engineers who have longstanding experience in high frequency power
conversion systems. The company is able to design and manufacture all parts from PCBs, transformers
and software to outer chassis in its fully integrated electronic and mechanical production facilities in
Ankara (OES and KARMET). Besides its wide range of power electronics portfolio, the company
continually innovates new products and handles custom projects for a broad range of industries. PMI
currently operates in three continents through its distributor networks around the globe and serves to
widerangeofindustriessuchasIT,telecom,defense,financeandhealthcarethankstoitswiderangeof
productportfolioandhighlevelofR&Dcapability.

PhysicalStructure

Electrical and Electronics Production: Based in Ankara with 5000m2 open area. Electronic cards
production, transformer assembly and final assembly are executed in this facility. After
production vigorous testing process is implemented with inhouse testing lab. The testing lab
includes Digital Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Digital Multimeter, True RMS Multimeter, DC
Loads / AC Loads, Variable Transformers, Temperature Props, Heating & Cooling Test Room,
Humidity Test Room, Noise Level Measurement, High Voltage Isolation Tester, Current
HarmonicTester,VoltageHarmonicTester.
Mechanical Production: Based in Ankara and has been working at 10000m2 open area. The
productionfacilityincludesCNClasercutting,CNCpunch,CNCbendingmachines,NCshear,Tig
Mig welding, any kind of surface smoothing devices, Oil cleaning bath, Zinchphosphate bath,
ElectrostaticpaintingandAsslemblyline.AllR&DActivitiesareexecutedinthisfacility
