shall only be used internally by Client for the purpose of implementation, and shall not be disseminated
to third parties or used for other marketing purposes. This Contract constitutes a public document
under the laws of the Indian Government and Client can restrict access to the terms and conditions
including pricing, i.e., through uses of restrictive technology or passwords.

Confidential information shall includes
i) Clients ( Khudiram Seba Samiti ) plans for the Software
ii) Specifications of the Software and any future development plans.
iii) Trade secrets of the client ( Khudiram Seba Samiti ) as well as Passwords.
Payment s / Pricing
Prices shall be calculated and paid in accordance with this section and Schedule A in effect at the time
of order placement.
Subsequent Changes to Product Offerings All changes must be in accordance with the procedures set
forth below and require the advance approval of SAI.
(A) Adding New Products: Where future Products become commercially available during the Contract, the
Contract may be updated to include such offerings.
(B) Deletion of Products: SAI reserves the right to delete any Product from the Contract
at its discretion at any time.
