Its seal ed housi ng and control s make i t water and moi sture resi stant.
Yes, you
can use i t i n the rai n, but i t i s not an underwater meter.
Its l arge LCD di spl ay makes readi ngs easy and l i ghts up automati cal l y i n dark
sur r oundi ngs.
In order not to crowd the control s, four functi ons whi ch are l ess frequentl y used,
are confi ned to DIP swi tches, l ocated i n the battery compartment.
Because of i ts many features, the L-358 requi res thi s rather extensi ve manual .
But si nce you wi l l never use them al l at the same ti me, once you have l earned al l
about i t, i t i s si mpl e and i ts use wi l l become second nature.
The Zoom Master L-358 has undergone extensi ve qual i ty
control s at every step

lf the liquid crystal display extinguishes immediately after the display appears when power
i s fi rst appl i ed, that i s an i ndi cati on that the battery i s dead. Pl ease promptl y repl ace the
battery.

power on and off is recommended to avoid damage to the

1. Al ways turn the power
OFF before repl aci ng batteri es. l f batteri es are removed wi th the power
ON, measurements and setti ngs i n memory can no l onger be recal l ed.
2. lf after replacing the battery, or during measurements, strange screens (displays that have not
been set) appear i n the LCD, or nothi ng happens, no matter what button i s
pushed,
remove the
battery and wait at least ten seconds and then replace the battery. This allows the software to
automatically reset.

5. Auto Power Off function
1. To conserve battery power,
the meter will turn off about twenty minutes after last use.

With the radio transmitter module plugged into the meters radio compartment and a receiver (RR-32
